“From the area but moved away years ago. Came in to buy a shirt floor a wedding and the experience was top notch. Sales guy was a younger man in his late 20’s or early 30’s. Very helpful in making suggestions and not trying to over sell me at any point. Very happy with the shirt I bought, great shopping experience.”

“This store is nice but boring and suttle. Very non flashy and bare bones feeling. Yet for all the austerity the brand has built itself to a point a sale is thought of as anything priced around $50 - $70 from what I can tell. Which I guess is not bad in today's environment but in my humble opinion sale prices could be better. If you a not providing sheik eye catching looks then where is all that saved money going, if not saving your customers money. When they first opened there I got some at a very decent price a couple of times so maybe I got spoiled . Customer service is good. I vote it as a good place to check out and hope to find a good deal.”

“Nice customer service. No waiting. Look for Adidas sign, once inside parking lot of Outlets mall.I see other reviews complaining about service. I received excellent service both times going.However, I wasn't returning shoes. Most shoe stores will not accept returning shoes, if has tiniest bit of dirt on soles. Experienced at other shoe store.Overall the local outlet is very good. The Adidas club, online website is totally different. If order is placed only 15 minutes to cancel order. Discounts are not applied at checkout. Be sure to view invoice, they also will charge for delivery unless otherwise selected”
“I haven't shopped in shoe show for a long time but I went in there today and it was a complete change. I was greeted as soon as I walked in (which is a big deal for me since I work retail). Ray helped me out alot. She has a great personality and she engaged with all of the customers. I'm glad they have new staff. I definitely will be coming back!”

Managers are also helpful and resolve any questions or concerns. Picking up online orders in store is super easy and returns have never been an issue. “GRACE! GRACE! GRACEEE!! That is basically all I have to say. If you go here, make sure you ask for her because she is the absolute best at all of this. She made me feel SO beautiful in every single dress, let me try on as many dresses (as many times) as I wanted. I hated dress shopping until coming here, and I have never felt so happy in a dress. I have a problem with my body in dresses, and she reassured me multiple times that she would find me a dress I felt comfortable in. She has a true passion for this. When I found the dress I wanted, it was not in store in the color I wanted. The owner immediately got on the phone and ordered the color I wanted, no questions asked. This place is absolutely amazing. Thank yall so much.”
