I came in here and they had a sign on the door they were Closed at 2 pm????? Then came back at 2:45 pm (same day). The entire store smelled of fried chicken and to no avail didn’t even have what I was looking for. Eek. If I was an owner I would want to know this information.

I haven't shopped in shoe show for a long time but I went in there today and it was a complete change. I was greeted as soon as I walked in (which is a big deal for me since I work retail). Ray helped me out alot. She has a great personality and she engaged with all of the customers. I'm glad they have new staff. I definitely will be coming back!

Only reason they got 2 stars is because they had the shoes I needed. Called the store, worker acted like it was a problem for her to be at work. Same thing in store. Just had an unnecessary attitude.

Rude, I have my medical supplies in my bag and was told I could not bring them in because my bag was too big. I left. Do not recommend this place at all. You are not allowed to take from me or deny me entrance because of my medical.

I was so disappointed because I was returning an online order and I understood as long as I brought in the return sheet I would get my full refund if I brought it into the store. So I lost a lot of money. I spent $40.00 tax and shipping and I only got back 26.00. I couldn't even afford to buy a different pair of shoes to replace these. Customer service was helpful. And it didn't take long. But I will think long and hard before I order again.

There was a lot of variety. We were there near the end of the day, tho, and the store was cluttered with shoes that needed to be put away. The staff was not very friendly. No one asked if we needed help, tho we were around several staff members.
