Very satisfied overall. They said it would take 1.5-2 hours for a full windshield replacement, ended up doing it in 50 minutes. They also were able to reapply my registration sticker and dash-cam mount to my windshield. I figured I would just have to get new ones but the tech was great and managed to make it work.

Before covid they had more than one chip repair person, now they only have one. So I used to could get it repaired without making an appointment. But I was able to get in the very next day. I had a rock chip that looked like a star, the size of a nickel. Now you can hardly see the chip, I'm so very pleased!

Great customer service - Nicole is a rock star! She patiently handled the claim process with a 3rd party protection plan company, which was non-trivial ;) And the technicians did a great job as always!
