Would never recommend pods to anyone for any reason. Driver was rude on top of cancelled my delivery without my permission all because he just didn’t want to do it ???? save yourself the $600 plus dollars and go with the competitors.

PODS was the perfect solution for us while we were having flooring work done in our home. They delivered the POD to our home as scheduled and retrieved it promptly when the work was completed. The pricing was also competitive, given the convenience of having the unit on-site, as opposed to hauling items to and from a traditional storage unit.
Why not 5 stars? The promotional pricing on the website was confusing between my initial visit and when I was ready to place the order a few days later. This prompted me to call customer service, who took immediate care of the issue.
The best part of the experience was the delivery driver, who was just a really good guy. I recommend using PODS for home improvement projects and plan to use them again when it's time to move.

Keith Coleman was one of two drivers who helped us with the PODS deliveries and pick ups. He was on time, he was professional, and he also made the second drop exactly where we requested without us present at the new house. The overall process was smooth and concept is genius. I would recommend this service to anyone who is moving or looking for temporary storage.

I was able to accomplish getting my things stored and moved while I had a 4 month space between selling and purchasing a home. I liked knowing my things were not far and I could call when I was ready to get them back.

I am in the middle of a state to state move. PODS inflated the cost of the move by over $2,000 for some sort of transfer fee between locations. This fee was not disclosed and they are holding my things hostage. Pay REAL movers that will at least honor their agreement.Quick update, I just spent a half hour on hold with them and they hung up on me.

My unit was out and ready for me to access it. There was a hole in the top of my unit. I pointed it out to the manager and he promised it would be taken care of. Overall good customer service.

Literally the worst experience I have ever encountered with a company. I had confirmed my estimated time the night and day before which was 7am-10 am. They never showed during that window, and I had movers at my house waiting. I had to reach out and then was told it would be 3:30 before the pod could arrive. What? I had movers that had to leave and are coming back another day to finish as they couldn’t just stand around and wait that long. Then to make matters even worse, I was told that only 1 of the 2 pods could be delivered due to unseen circumstances. Are you kidding me? That is not acceptable. I had booked those pods over a month ago and am told a few hours before. This was my first time to use pods, and will most definitely be my last.
