I really enjoy/enjoyed the Pearl location. The staff are incredible & patient. One of the male staff greeted my daughter & I. Also, very helpful with scheduling my hydro massage bed appointment. Again thank you so much.

Love coming here!! The staff is always super friendly and everything is always clean. Romero (hope I spelled it right lol) is my favorite to see! He is just always happy and willing to help you out ?

I wanted to use the tanning machine for the very first and was completely clueless on how it worked. The young black gentleman working tonight was completely helpless. He couldn’t answer any of my questions due to his lack of knowledge, he put me in for only 3 minutes with out even asking me how long I wanted to be in there, I get into the room and struggle with my goggles and I went back to the desk to ask him for help which he didn’t even know how to, meanwhile my tanning session had already started without me even being in there and then when I get in there I only for the heat on my face which is not where I wanted it. Terrible first experience and this planet fitness needs to do better with training its employees properly.

99.9 % of the time I go in the afternoon after work but on my days off I go before noon. The music they play in the a. m is awful, I don't want to hear songs that every other word is bleeped out, come on really?? And the morning crew don't even tell you hello when I come in or acknowledge me. The afternoon staff are great, they play decent music, clean, greet me when I come in, tell me have a good day when I leave. They're very nice and make you feel welcome, like you want to come back. I wish I knew his name, but there's one young man in the afternoons who is so sweet and holds me accountable lol he knows what days I come and when I leave he says "Ok I'll see you Wednesday now" etc... He gets out there on the floor and vacuums, dusts, hard worker, he's a gem

This is my home club and compared to all of the other locations it's the best. The staff always greets you with friendly welcomes. The layout of the equipment is nice. It's quiet and clean.

This place is the tops! We stopped to tour the facility and Paul made us feel at home,by answering questions about various machines and aspects of the memberships. Of course we joined and really love it.

Planet fitness is the best bang for the buck gym I’ve been to in the area, it lacks a few machines that I enjoy but for the money and amenities you can’t beat it. The pearl location specifically is very nice and I’d be reminded not to shoutout Marco, he works most if not all evenings when I’m there and the guy goes above and beyond every day, not sure I’ve ever seen him being idle, always cleaning something or making sure equipment is ready for guests, just doing the little things. Love the staff and maintained equipment.

It's a great place--clean, well lighted, plenty of space--much variety in equipment. Equipment is easy to use. I've never been there when it was crowded. I feel safe and welcome.
