I asked for an extra towel and was told I don't need another towel. Said that the washcloth, floor mat, and drying towel was enough. Even worse, when I reported it to the manager, she said they don't give out extra towels. I think both people need to be terminated. This is ridiculous.

The sanitary facilities are not fit for use. Clean and proper. Please follow up on this.
