Useless. We bought $15 dollars worth of Sharpie S Gel pens. They didn't write well. Just skipped along leaving words unwritten due to faulty pens. I threw one away. Then I just got another out. They ALL wrote like the first one. I went to return them and they would not give us our money back. We told them to just throw them away. We will not be back.

-I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this store earned it. The first time I came in to look into some printers. No one spoke to me. Not a hello, can I help you? Nothing. I made eye contact with people that literally looked the other way. I was looking at printers for 30 minutes at least... I ended up leaving and making a purchase somewhere else. I needed prints made. I came by and unfortunately the drive I brought wasn't formatted correctly - definitely not office depots fault or the employee. I told the gentleman I was going to run home reformat it and come back. I came back no more than 15 minutes later. The store is still open. I do not have a huge print order either.... Nevertheless, as I walked in the man who was originally helping me literally turned around and walked away from the print/copy section. Then a lady stopped me and said the print/copy section was closed before I made it a few steps inside. I did not see any signage saying that the print and copy department closed before the store. Also, I let the gentlemen know that I was running home and coming right back.... If it was going to be an issue, he could have let me know that it would be better to come back in the morning or that they wouldn't be able to start the order until the morning. Anything would have been better than the way they handled it. Huge bummer.

Don't ever buy the warranty! Totally worthless. The manager is useless. My daughter purchased a laptop with the Allstate warranty and it started glitching before she had it a year. (Lenovo has a class action settlement on that particular model now). So they switched it out for something cheaper with less features so she essentially lost money utilizing the warranty. Anyway, the HP broke from poor design and other flaws, which was covered under her warranty, so we had to go back and forth with OD to get it covered. Mind you she's traveling from Starkville MS as a full time student having to make several trips, calls, emails, and having to buy a backup laptop while she waits for them to figure things out. So apparently the policy states that she needed a receipt WITH A BARCODE in order to get it warrantied. Mind you they didn't give her a receipt with barcode (which was their company policy). We called corporate, emailed them, spoke with managers etc. All turned right back around and gave us the same receipt that we already had with no barcode. This transaction wasn't in the system nor recorded on my account but we did have the receipt along with the warranty which was emailed to me. Now the customer is not responsible for creating their own receipt so how in the hell can we produce a receipt with a barcode when it's YOUR company policy to have a barcode on the receipt? It's been months and she still has not gotten her reimbursement AND they took her laptop so she hasn't gotten paid nor have they given her a replacement. She is a college student who fortunately has her own money and is able to purchase another laptop but what about the customers who are inconvenienced and not so fortunate? She has to drive over 2 hours each trip because this is the nearest location. They keep giving her the runaround on her money. In the meantime I took her to Best Buy and got her another laptop to continue her studies. Office Depot just lost business! I want all of my money back just like they got all of theirs upfront we want all of ours. Still waiting after we told by the check would come within 3 days!!!

I came in for FedEx service and no one there knew how to perform FedEx service. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to try and figure it out but they were very incompetent. I needed a package ship priority next day and they didn’t know how to work computer or anything. I even had to filled out info in computer because they didn’t know how . Now I have to literally drive 5 hrs just to hand deliver the package myself . ? totally disappointed and will definitely reach out to higher levels regarding this. Very displeased. This needs a 0 rating but there is not a 0 to provide. RATING 00000.

Over 800 dollars was charged to my account and no one seems to be able to give me an answer as to why and when the situation will be rectified. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY WITH THIS CORPORATION!

This store seems short staffed. No one available for print job. Prepaid order could not be located, so it took longer to pick up the order than it would if I had just gone in the store to buy it.
