The front counter lady short, round with glasses in night shift,said they dont offer stoves or cooking items, but the rooms are suites with dishwashers and plates and utensiles. This is wild as hell? these mofos gone have a whole kitchen and you cant cook nothing?

So I found a stain in my sheet and called the front desk to have them replaced. She told me to come down and get them. So I did. She left them on top of the desk and she was nowhere in sight. There was no apology or even to award me any points for the inconvenience of having to change my own sheets. Came down the next morning to ask for a manager, they took my name and number and said she would call me back. No call back whatsoever. I guess I’m reaching out to corporate.

Breakfast was a big let down. Coffee the cheapest product on earth always lukewarm and never fresh. Morning Coffee is a left over from previous days. Apple left out in the open for days and stays stale and soft. Yogurt container is empty . New building but services can be improved.
Nothing is free, so if you are going to have and offer Breakfast make it fresh and worth
eating . Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Facility clean. Staff nice. Make your groceries.

I asked three days in a row when I first checked in for them to come fix my toilet as well as the elevator. On the elevator, which is the top floors, it makes grinding/knocking sound.
The toilet is loose and slides and rocks back-and-forth.
I eventually gave up and realized that this establishment doesn’t put much value in these things … thankfully I work all day and just show up to sleep.
Two other small complaints that were never addressed, the doors, at least on the fifth floor, do not shut unless you force them to. Walking to my roommate tonight I would see several rooms with the door cracked open.
When you release a hotel room door and you hear, it’s slam shut you assume it’s locked and closed. Please fix that for the safety of your guests..
There were some type of a shelf or seat in the shower that must’ve come loose and fallen off, but the structure components are still exposed and it just looks terrible (not a big deal and didn’t affect my experience much)
Again, it just shows the low standards they have here

This Hotel is Perfect Second time staying here we live in Pearl it’s just the perfect getaway and A Full Kitchen only thing I wish is last room we stayed at it was fully restocked this room we had this time was not it was no dish soap no coffee for the little coffee machine

Two elevators, one was broken the entire week, which made getting to and from rooms difficult, especially during high traffic times. The room was skipped on housekeeping day. Out of soap and towels. Staff was friendly and did what they could to help.

Expensive. Nice staff. Big room with fridge and freezer, microwave, dishes/ utensils. No stove. Nice shower, no tub. Big comfortable bed. Lots of things didn't work - charging ports, lamps, doors, elevator. Shampoo and conditioner empty.
But a/c was cold, shower was strong. Room seemed clean. Stay was decent.

Awful doesn't begin to describe this place. Room was not maintained at all. Cleaned with a filthy rag there's streaked scum on everything. The desk has a broken leg and the bathroom hasn't seen a cleaning in months. Breakfast was not stocked and what was there was inferior quality. No utensils were out and it took about 15 minutes for 2 forks and some spoons to be put out.
The people at the desk are helpful and friendly but they can't possibly make up for the obvious lack in management and pride in ownership. This hotel is pet friendly but I wouldn't put my dog here. Hilton should get their name off this property ASAP.
Rooms: Run down and filthy.
Food and drinks: Breakfast is chaos.

After reading the reviews, I wanted to love this place. I do love the Hilton brand, but this place was everything I hate about other brand hotels. We were able to check in using the app, and received our digital key. The room seemed amazing at first glance, but upon further inspection, not so much. The tv offered a great channel lineup, but would cut out every 30 seconds or so..except during commercials. It wasn’t a huge deal when we first arrived, as we were road weary and went almost immediately to sleep. The beds weren’t terrible, which was a welcome change. Woke up early, and was very much looking forward to breakfast. What a let down..first of all, the flow of the “line” doesn’t work. If you know, you know..no fruit, the prepared food was cold and the “omelets” were rubbery, no grab-n-go yogurt, very limited cereal choices, and the waffle batter ran out. It would seemingly be the job of one of the two breakfast hosts to refill the waffle batter dispenser, but I guess it was outside of their job scope to do so. I eventually went back to my room, still hungry, but now sad because I could not start my second long and arduous day of being a passenger princess with a tummy full of mediocre hotel waffles. They did offer several juice options, and some of the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted, and I’ve had black rifle coffee before (0/10, would not recommend). Upon returning to my room, I took a shower, and almost slipped in the shower due to the softness of the water and the porcelain surface of the tub. Judging by the cracked tile, I would not have been the first. I hope they were litigious. The garbage disposal in the kitchenette looked as it would if my kids lived alone, full of candy wrappers and what looked like a wig or perhaps a small animal. Also, not the first trash bag could be found by anyone in my party. And after they looked, I of course checked behind them, and came up empty-handed as well.
If you’re looking for a comfortable bed, but wish to start your day hungry and still smelling like yesterday, you do you. I however, will start searching for another brand to show loyalty to.

Too loud. Room was not stocked with necessities and staff seemed rude.
Walkability: Logan’s roadhouse where we waited 40 minutes for a beforehand placed take out order just to find out back in the hotel that they messed up the order
