I love this gym. Its the first gym I've ever been a member of, but I've been a guest at several. I like that its 24 hours, and the rules are lax. My issue with planet fitness is that they claim to be judgment-free but have a literal alarm to publicly shame people for doing anything they judge as not ok. The other members have all been really cool, and willing to help with whatever you could need help with. There's a genuine culture of comradere at this gym, and I've only had positive experiences with the regulars in the A.M. and P.M. the one review below me complains about the bathrooms in the yard, but when that part of the gym is called "the yard" i don't understand the issue there. As far as wanting the staff to do more, they were hiring a desk person at one point and I asked what the pay was, and that's why the employees aren't going above and beyond as this person may have been expecting. It's understandable if this gym can't afford to pay It's staff what would be reasonable for them to achieve whatever standard that person wants, and that's why my rating is still 5 stars. It is what it is. If it would cost me extra, I'm happy with the way this place is operating now.

Signed up specifically for kickboxing. Showed up for the class and the guy said that’s only at 5:30am. I showed him the confirmation email where I had signed up on the company website and he acted like I was stupid and said “we don’t have that on our website.” I told him I wanted to cancel, he said they will still charge for the enhancement fee and second month. Literally $70 for a gym that I will never use. Vibes were off, every employee stood there and stared at me while I tried to cancel.

This gym has the potential to be great, but it lacks cleanliness and upkeep. To be honest, it doesn't look like anyone cleans at all. There's actual S**T on the toilets and rails in "the yard" bathroom, and the front bathrooms aren't any better. Stains on the walls and floors, dust covering the ceilings, and the equipment and floors don't seem to ever be cleaned either. Additionally, no one puts their weights back or tidies up after using the equipment. There's a huge sign in the back listing some rules, but the only one that appears to be followed is the one permitting loud music which can be very annoying when one person has the aux and blasts the music only they want to listen to. Everything else is basically ignored.The space is vast and has a lot to offer, but there also seems to be a lot of unused space where better equipment could be added or other upgrades could be made. I'm not sure if this is due to lack of management from the owner or just a lack of initiative from the staff. Nevertheless, this gym has all the basics, and some other amenities that are hard to beat for the price.A side note: the parking lot is in poor condition, so be cautious if you drive a lowered car or one with nice rims.

Signed my daughter up online for a membership. She went up there to get her card and she said the guy was really rude and not very helpful at all. She thought there would be a tour and she got nothing. He didn’t really want to answer her questions and the questions he didn’t answer weren’t very good answers. She asked if she brings guest what are they eligible to use. She said he made vague hand gestures so she didn’t even get an answer really. Luckily she doesn’t have to talk to staff to work out. Also they need to change it on their website that they are not open 24 hours. She likes to workout early in the morning and they don’t even open until 10am.

Told by staff I was eligible for a discount upon signing up. Discount wasn't applied the first month and asked staff about it again and said they would fix it. Next month the discount still wasn't applied. Also was working out in "The Yard" one night by myself, then someone came in and connected to the bluetooth speaker in the room and blasted their music at full volume without even asking. Went to cancel my subscription on another date and waited 15 minutes at the desk for someone to even show up to assist me. When a staff member finally showed up, they walked right past me and went to mix a supplement drink for another gym member that took several minutes, then spoke to me. Never had good vibes from this gym other than the fact that it's clean. And they advertise all over that it's a 24 hour gym when it isn't.

Owner a jerk as much as staff. His dumb mgr brooksvillegot in middle of lies some man harassing a woman.lied to the mgr. Dumb blonde he hired calls sherriff for.people looking in a glass gym. BEING THE JERK HE IS he sides with the lying man and what a friend tells me female taking him and his dumb mgr to court. Seems the behavior this gym no diff.

Place is a scam. Took multiple trips to gym to try to cancel membership in Sept. Basically got called a liar by the manager for reporting no one was at the front desk or office. Finally got membership canceled on 8 Sept. just got a notice from my bank that I was charged another months membership as of Oct. Gym maintains now that they demand a 30 day notice to cancel and since my membership finally canceled on 8 Sept, they billed me for another month on 7 Oct. These SOB’s don’t miss a trick to separate you from your money. There are other less expensive, better alternatives for a gym membership.

This was a GREAT gym, with Great equipment, classes, trainers, and instructors. I moved out of the area, so it became inconvenient, but I would definitely go back!

Large gym, plenty of equipment (although much of it is tired and past well-worn), and it’s rarely crowded. Has tanning, hydro massage, and dry saunas. However, it’s home to the most inconsiderate gym slobs I’ve ever seen; rarely does anyone put equipment away, especially in the “yard.” Equipment and weights are scattered all over the place. There is usually only one staff person present and they almost never leave the front except to empty trash. Workouts take twice as long when you have find scattered equipment. They could do better, just doesn’t seem that important to them.

As some of you know, my husband left a review also. I should’ve done this earlier but I was thinking about it today. A few months ago I was told I could pay in advance for a gift. I know nothing of the gym because I typically don’t go myself. However, my friend and I went up there and I paid 180$ for six month membership. I checked the receipt a few days later in my email (I do electronic everything- billing, etc as it’s easier to keep up with) anyways, I seen where only “one month” was paid for. When I spoke to the manager and owner I was told that I was lying because the man at the counter “would not steal money”. I was supposed to meet with the manager to view the cameras with her ( my mil attended also) and she was not there. I never got a call back. I kept calling and calling and finally got her again. She gave him the six month membership but could not give us our money back (refuses to check camera with us). My husband just stopped going because he did not want to be a part of a gym where employee stealing is not punishable. I do NOT recommend this gym to anyone.

I work for government and know a few things about policies..their contract is misleading and doesn't state a 17yr can't work out...but to-night I was told different..their contract states any person with membership can have one guest...I guess they want to be sued...they are slight racist...as doesn't value each person..some guy claim he is the owner was very rude...but they need to be cautious of who they be rude too...im a firm believer of business going under because lack there of...they will lose 2 more memberships soon
