Poorly managed, have been verbally assaulted by the same delivery driver twice now and the driver has continued to sign someone’s name who does not exist in the building at time of delivery

This is not just the GROUND LOCATION..You can drop off FED EX packages here as well.. AND pick up packages...The RICHLAND MS LOCATION merged with this location ???
