I had a horrible experience with this company. One of the supervisors, Rod, does not care about anyone other than himself.

This is not just the GROUND LOCATION..You can drop off FED EX packages here as well.. AND pick up packages...The RICHLAND MS LOCATION merged with this location ???

Poor communication skills! There is only one phone so you have no way of knowing what’s going on with your package unless someone happens to call back. Should have at least three phones and a larger waiting area. You have to wait outside if there are three or more people there.
