I had an item shipped to me. When I received the package, it was already open. Like someone attempted to steal it. The driver signed my name. Dropped my package and ran. Like he did it want to be seen. But I watched him on my cameras. I can’t believe pearl got broke ssa saggin trying to steal on their job. Really sad.

Went to the facility to pick up pkg, and I was told it was on the truck. Called back because it had not been delivered at the time they said it would. I was then told the pkg was in the warehouse. I made a 2nd trip to pick up the pkg. No apologies or anything. Unprofessional!
