Poor process for transferring power from home sellers to new owners. Several days without electricity during 100 degree heat.

Set up for moving services on Apr 21and called the day the services were to be swapped due to lack of power, I was notified at that time that it was canceled and services could not be rendered until Apr 25. Total trash company. They care nothing for their customers. No email notification sent on the cancelation. 0 stars do not recommend.

Beachwood area in Pearl is out of power again second time this month! Im sick of this! Every month powers out! As much as my power bill is can someone please get the dam lights back on!

Horrible service!!! It’s 10:00 a.m and couldn’t get any help, I knocked at the door for at least 30 minutes all around the building, a meter tech guy said people were in the building. I called the numbers on the door server also times and no one answered. Highly disappointed that I drove all the way there to receive no help.

The number to this place doesn't work. I went into the building and sat there for THIRTY MINUTES and never saw a person that worked there. A guy and I joked that the place doesn't even have people working there.. the front door has a bell so we opened and closed the door repeatedly to get someone's attention... Still nothing

If you can avoid this company do it! Trying to pay your bill is the worst. The online bill pay never works. Over the phone bill pay is time consuming. Forget about getting a hold of a real person when there's an issue. Dealing with constant power outages. I've only had this account for 3 month and I've already experienced 4 outages. One lasting nearly a full-day. Seriously just awful!
