12 hours with a power outage and you can't give a reason why? How can you be working on the problem but not know what the problem is? Ridiculous.

Raised the rate on anything that is not a home residence. With inflation the highest its been in over 50 years, they do this to the hardworking people in Mississippi. What a worthless bunch of greedy individuals. Well, you know what they say about karma...guess what...yours will come
