They used to have prices that were actually Dirt Cheap. But over the past few years, I've noticed that they price their items above retail just to offer a percentage off discount to make it look like they are giving you a deal.
Dirt Cheap has put their own self out of Business with their prices.

I love that this store is way bigger than the one that they have in Carthage, Mississippi, and they had more clothing to choose from but I do wish that the employees were more friendly and when I check a price on my app and it shows me one price, I do not believe that the employee that is checking me out, should be arguing with me before she even scans the item and says no ,these are a different price. I said well when I scanned it, it showed up a lower price and she wants to put a nasty look on her face and then she scanned the item and it showed up the price that I said .you should not argue with your customers specially if you cannot prove what you are saying is right

Dirt cheap is nowhere near cheap. Its overpriced for thrown away things & most of the shoes and clothing is worn. I can't walk into this store without feeling anxious. Couldn't find anything we were looking for so we went to Rose's!
