Crossgates jewelers had the most beautiful and courteous staff I have ever been to in a jewelry store. I read great reviews about them and smarter that with them. They sent my timepiece off and a few weeks later which was yesterday I was notified it was ready. On arrival the last that checked me was in love with my orange band Invicta watch ? she was such a gem saying how much she admired the watch, she put it on her wrist, she spoke how she loved the face and how gorgeous it was all over and then explained and showed me her Invicta watch. They are wonderful here and it's a beautiful establishment.

I have had lots of repairs and appraisals done here and they have always been very helpful and quick. I have had a great experience with them and will continue to use them for anything. I trust them completely and I noticed someone said that they could not return something. Well, you can't return jewelry anywhere if you wait too long. I am sure there must have been some sort of policy in place or time limit because they have always been completely honest and considerate when I have gone in there.

Nice and helpful people. Replaced two diamonds in my ring for a very reasonable price. Then offered to clean my ring for free!

I had them to fix All prongss on my mother's ring. Her diamond fell out. Took it back to repair the prongs where the diamond fell out and have it put back in. They stated we don't know which prongs needed fixed. They pulled the record after asking them several times and finally halfway fixed it. I had another ring repaired and I know my diamond was replaced with a cheaper diamond. Extremely hurt and broken hearted. Fraudulent and scammers.

Wonderful staff very helpful friendly. I had my Daniel wellington battery replaced and it took maybe 7 minutes so awesome place. I highly recommend this place. Thank y'all so much appreciate it. God bless y'all ?
