If I could give a negative star I would. My poor dog had a awful experience. Is hair, what he has left is cut uneven. He has razor burn and a cut from the razor, from them removing some mats. They have ZERO customer service skill, of the two "women" I spoke with. Beware.

I set my dog up for Sat. early morning. The two people that I talked to was very nice. Did a great job I will keep taking my dog there.

If you have a schnauzer, you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO MEET WAYNE!!!! He is a fantastic groomer! He always, ALWAYS did a beautiful job of my baby, Pepper. Pepper saw him hundreds of times over her 14 years….she loved him!! I recently lost her to congestive heart failure, and needless to say, I was devastated. Although I said I’d never have another pet and go through the heartbreak of loss again, my daughter insisted, and I now have Charlotte. I just wish I still had Wayne nearby to groom her!!! It is so difficult to find a really great schnauzer groomer!If I only lived 200 miles from Wayne at Critters, I would make the drive, but now I live in Florida! Still difficult to find a great schnauzer groomer!!!

I've used Critters for several years now with our Poodle and now our Yorkie. Kim has always been so very careful and gives our pets the best care. The rates are reasonable and I've never had any complaints.

Critters is wonderful! I've taken my 12 year old toy poodle to many groomers over the years, but since I found Critters a few years ago I haven't taken him anywhere else! He used to be so nervous and shaken when I'd take him to other groomers, but he is always so happy and calm when I pick him up from Critters. The staff is always so kind and I trust them fully with my baby. I highly recommend!

I brought my Chiweenie, Charlie here for the first time this morning for a nail trim. He usually panics over things and has nervous energy when it comes to messing with his feet. The guy who trimmed his nails was so sweet to Charlie and talked to him the whole time. Charlie was calm even with filing the nails. When it was time to go I had to make him get in the car because he wanted to stay
