Great place! Great prices! Great guys that run the place!Wife and I went in, wife picked up a nice sidearm for her protection, was treated very nice,and most importantly the customer service was outstanding!!

Been coming here since I was a kid. They have a Calico M-100 that's been sitting up there for so long it's part of some of my oldest memories. Told them if I ever come back I will purchase it off of them. They also have an varied selection of guns to buy along with parts. God bless yall

Ive shopped there for years, but I refuse to do so anymore. A particular individual who is rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable about gun laws.Its no wonder they lost their license, when you let Joe Billy-Bob Biden behind the counter.

Cowart's is one of the last old local stores in the area. They usually keep a pretty good stock of ammo and firearms when possible, and LOTS of old military uniform stuff, and some basic camping gear. They have some odds and ends for reloading too, but not a regular full selection like Van's in Brandon does. They have the BEST magazine prices in the area that I've found, by a sizable margin. It's also not a hassle to order anything you might need through their store or dealers either; don't hesitate to ask either because they've often been able to get stuff at prices better than what I could find on my own!

Horrible phone etiquette. I called to do business with them and politely asked the gentlemen how he was doing to have him reply with a curt reply of “busy, what you need?” I asked about a 30.06 rifle and again the reply was...”don’t got none.” Then he proceeded to hang up the phone. Won’t be doing any business with them. I’d highly recommend a gun business that’s appreciative that someone would attempt to do business with them since gun businesses in the Jackson metro area close after about a year in business.
