I came into Cavender’s this morning at 9:15 am to get a hat reshaped and to purchase another. The hat bar was closed and the hat bar attendant was late for work. The nice young ladies at the front desk called the attendant and he said he was on his way. After waiting. 20 minutes for the hat bar attendant to show up, I left. Ordinarily this would not be an issue, but I called on Monday to make sure they would have someone to shape 2 hats and the lady that answered the phone laughed and said, “of course we will have someone here during the morning “.

Cavenders has the cutest clothes and I love to go and get outfits from there! Typically my time shopping is pleasant and I feel comfortable but I went in today and as I was trying on different outfits in the dressing room, my boyfriend was just waiting outside the fitting room area for me and I could hear girls outside the room making in appropriate comments while I was in the fitting room. When I got out my boyfriend had told me what one of the girls said and said that she had worked there and what she said had made him uncomfortable. He had then pointed out to me which worker it was and then we just went on about our day to checkout and that same girl ended up being the one to check us out and she said not one word to the either of us and continued to talk to her friends that were also working. It was clear that she was lacking in there customer service department because she paid no attention to me and said not one word to us the whole time I was checking out. I was very dissatisfied with my visit today.

This was a very nice store. You can fine your perfect western country look here. I would definitely come back and shop for more clothes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had many different brands for everyone in the family.
