“We ordered a pair of Fjords Muldal reclining chairs, sight unseen, from Unwind. We live near Austin, Texas, so the order was placed online. We were pleased that sales taxes didn't apply to our order and free shipping was included (per the website) by "UPS, USPS, FedEx Ground or USPS First Class."We placed our order on June 24th and received quick confirmation. When asked on the 26th how long it would take for delivery, Unwind told us the order would ship from the Fjords warehouse on June 30 via Metropolitan (not UPS, FedEx, etc). We expected delivery in 2-4 business days, per the Unwind website. We managed to get in touch with Metropolitan July 2nd and were told the earliest date for delivery was July 11. Worse, we were told by Metropolitan that the chairs were returned to the warehouse. The next day, I chatted online and over the phone with Tricia at Unwind and was told she'd be in contact with Fjords. Metropolitan called us on July 7 and set up a delivery date of July 9. I'm assuming that Tricia was able to move the date in (thank you!) We attempted to track the chair through Metropolitan's archaic system, and noticed it had gone a rather indirect route...and sat in a town not 15 miles from our home for 2 days. I know this wouldn't have happened with UPS, FedX, or USPS!The chairs arrived on July 9...10 business days after ordering. We did not have a chance to examine the boxes, as the Metropolitan driver told us the boxes were too big to bring in, so he had opened them. While we were concerned about how many times the boxes were moved around, the chairs were in fine shape and we are happy with them so far. Due to COVID-19, we had the Metropolitan employees bring the chairs just inside our front door.My biggest complaint about this experience is that Unwind didn't let us know ahead of time that the product would be coming from a warehouse in Flemington, NJ and take longer than the time stated on their website. While Unwind didn't make the choice of shipping company, we feel a more reliable shipper with decent tracking data should have handled this $2500 purchase. We feel that Unwind should keep closer tabs on drop shipped product (items shipped directly from a supplier's warehouse vs their own inventory) until they are more knowledgeable of their suppliers' practices.”

“We had two great experiences with Safelite! We had to take one car to the shop in Pearl because something had to be calibrated there. The ladies up front were so nice! It was done quickly, too! We also had a mobile tech, Nathan, that came to our house to replace another windshield. He was also very nice and did the work in a timely manner. We will definitely use Safelite again!”
