Came to this store today and Shannon immediately greeted me with a smile. She handled my concern and got everything I needed within a matter of a few minutes. If you come to this store make sure to ask for Shannon because she gave me the best customer service I have ever received at any AT&T store I've ever been to in my entire life. She acted like she genuinely cared about me and my phone not only as a customer but as a fellow human being! She was sweet, caring, and excelled at taking care of me without costing an arm and a leg.

Came in with phone issues. Bree immediately finished up helping her customer and assisted me with a smile. She was AMAZING! Somebody else came in while she was helping me and helped both of us at the same time without making either one of us feel neglected. Best experience I've ever had inside an at&t and quickest as well. I definitely recommend you ask for bree when coming to this location.

Update: 2 wks later around April 19, 2023, I received email informing me of my new bill balance and was shocked to see it was $85 more! After calling customer service, I was informed that the salesperson at this store had included an "upgrade charge" which means I could get a new phone in 18 months (which I don't want) as well as insurance...which she did not inform or ask if I wanted. BEWARE as this may be a common practice at all stores. When I walked in and said "Good morning" the yount lady did not respond or acknowledge but she was helpful and got my new phone activated quickly.

Just stood in there for 15 minutes. Was the only person in there. I heard all the employees talking and goofing off in the back of the store not worried at all about a customer walking in. I wasted a good portion of my lunch break trying to get a new phone. 100% will not ever go back to this location. The store also looked pretty bad compared to other att stores I've been in. This is one of the few times in my life that I'll say corporate needs to step and and get this store running properly. Because it's not hard to just do your job and sell stuff to customers.

The worst experience! Dealing with Stephanie the long term store manager: Problem - phone is old not working need a new replacement phone. Answer - go to Best Buy or Walmart get an ATT compatible phone change out SIM cards and done. No fees, no changes to your account - very simple. This is NOT what was done or shared. Stephanie sold us a phone on a 3 year payment plan, added changes to our account we had no idea they were happening until getting a bill, and she charged an activation fee that was not required being we bought more phones from Best Buy no activation fee required. After receiving the massive bill increase I stopped by the store to talk with Stephanie and her response was over and over; "you just are not going to understand your bill or these fees because you do not work here". It was and awful experience! She then said one of the fees she added without knowledge would have to be removed by me. So I got my lap top out of my vehicle logged in and ask her to show me where and how to remove the fee. After 20minutes of time wasted, she could not find it and said she could remove the setting/fee on her end. After receiving my bill today the fee is still there and I still have no clue what it is for. I called customer service and spoke to someone whom barley spoke English, but she was nice and removed the fee, credited my account and gave me the payoff balance and allowed me to payoff the phone that Stephanie had setup on a three year payment plan. The lack of information shared, the changes to my bill, the activation charge and the sharp attitude "you will not understand you don't work here" - I highly recommend avoid this location at all cost! And C-Spire is the way to go. I have accounts there also...
