Its a hit or miss when it comes to customer service....and from my last two visits within the last two weeks, with a different type of staff each time, the customer service level was significantly different. It was like night and day. I am an AT cardholder and I hate that these are the only locations in the area because I rather not visit this location.

I really wish I could give this store 0 stars!! I've never heard of the sales technique to promote only the cheaper looking clearance items to customers. Not sure if this employee thought she was doing a favor but I've never felt so disrespected and insulted. It truly felt as if she was telling us we couldn't afford anything outside of the clearance rack. Was looking very forward to buying a nice looking jacket until this employee walked up to us. Really wish I could have gotten her name to include her on this review but in turn the entire store needs retraining. Congratulations Ann Taylor will never get my service again.

There is nothing sleek or sophisticated about this location! Drab selection, far from outlet pricing and mediocre service. Save your time and shop somewhere else!!!

Only one employee in the shop, she might not interested in her job because when I ask her the question, she doesn't pay attention on it. I confuse the price, it wastes my time until I find out.

I had a wonderful experience in this store. I was asked if I needed help. A dressing room was reserved for me. I was given great fashion advice. I would definitely go back to that store to shop.

Was told I could mail items back to return since I do not live near Flowood. Was later told that, since I paid using a debit card, I would only be able to recieve a store credit if returning by mail. I wish I had been told all of this information up front.

I am typing this while standing at the register. I have been waiting to be helped for about ten minutes. There is no one else in line and business is very slow. What is the problem?
