AmeriGas has been the worst experience on a commercial account that I have ever experienced. Billing, ability to reach someone, service, repairs, drops, drivers not following direction etc. Absolutely horrible and embarrassing when compared to local provider in every aspect of the business. Can you give a zero star???

Terrible customer service. I’m 5 days with no propane despite Amerigas phone promises from non-english speaking foreign customer agents. Local Pearl, M.S. office hours 7Am to 9PM but no one ever answers, always just a recording saying it is outside of business hours. No phone, text or e-mail contact from Amerigas despite repeated foreign customer service promises. Amerigas service sucks!!

This is the absolute worst company. They do not answer the phone, no matter what time of day you call. Even if you are trying to report a gas leak, they just send you to a recording that says you aren't calling during regular business hours. This happens all day, every day. Stay far away from these folks.

My requested tank fill was done promptly. However, shortly after my fill the valve on my tank began to leak propane. It took several hours and multiple phone calls to call centers out of the country to get anyone local to respond and fix the issue.

Tried to call during business hours and getting a we are closed message. Haven’t been by in two weeks for refills and difficult to work with.

Everything went great with the purchase online. The delivery went great, i was at home at the time the driver pulled in to fill my tanks, he did not pull back into the yard where it was very wet and make deep tracks for me to worry with. He was very polite and professional. He filled one tank that was empty and top off the other one. We talked while the tanks were filling, and he made me feel good about AmeriGas. Thanks

Amerigas made appointments Feb 4th, 10th, 16th, 16, and missed every appointment and didn't have the decency to even call. Now each time after getting with their customer engagement department they made one more last chance Feb 17th so I call that morning I was told that I wasn't on schedule again. The problem now is that I started with 60% gas now I'm in the red empty praying to God for warm weather because I can't get another company untill the 23 of Feb and its suppose to rain every day next week so my my family will have to suffer because of Amergas encompandence and negelenc.What ever you do do not chose this Amerigas company even though their price is lower its not worth the negitive entergy and stress that you will have to go through. The only two companies that I can recommendation is H& M or Partridge both family friendly companies even through smaller they have more local employees than Amerigas. I swear this statement is the whole truth so help me God.

I have been waiting on a gas delivery for 10 days now. I have spoken to 4 operators and my wife has spoken to 3. They passed the 7 day fill up time frame and did not show for the 24 hour emergency fill.. very bad experience.show
