Very delightful and professional team! I needed copies of my paintings in a short time frame. The turnaround time was very quick the copies were GREAT quality!! Their responsiveness and professionalism helped me prepare for my art show. Thanks to them, it was a success! Will return!!UPDATE: Unfortunately, I had to change my initial rating from 5 stars to 3. Upon returning for my next order for my next art show, I was charged a lot more for a lot less. After inquiring about the inconsistent pricing, I was not given a logical explanation for the dramatic 33% increase within less than 30 days. Once I expressed my concerned and requested for an explanation, Ramesh insinuated that the cost of one 11x14 sample is more expensive than three 12 x 18 prints. I would drive over 25 minutes to this location and was looking forward to continuing to collaborate with this business. However, as a consumer, I felt that my question was dismissed. As a business owner, I was insulted at the lack of care for my genuine concern. Unpredictable pricing outweighs the quality of work. Since then, I have taken my business to a closer, much more affordable company with incredible work and customer service.

I am in Arizona and Pearl Alpha Graphics is in Mississippi. I could not have asked for a better relationship with my questions being answered almost immediately even after hours with our time difference. I am a new author self-publishing with the guidance and expertise of Ramesh and his staff. He loves to help new authors and works alongside them every step of the way. there is the production of a paperback, eBook, Amazon, and front and back covers. Every detail a new author knows nothing about he provides with gentle energy, a soft voice, and professionalism.If there is something not working for you, talk with Ramesh first to solve it vs jumping off and finding your own solutions. This is my learning curve.
