I use to love this store shopped here for years. I shop here so much most the workers know me. So, I was really confused when I walked in and the manager who is a white male followed me around this store for minutes. I felt very uncomfortable. When I'm spending my money I don't like feeling like I'm being watched it's weird and racist. I will not be returning. Adidas should do better with who they hire and how they train them.

Adidas is a great store with some amazing prices and the customer service is outstanding they always help me and they got some great shoes at a good price too

Nice customer service. No waiting. Look for Adidas sign, once inside parking lot of Outlets mall.I see other reviews complaining about service. I received excellent service both times going.However, I wasn't returning shoes. Most shoe stores will not accept returning shoes, if has tiniest bit of dirt on soles. Experienced at other shoe store.Overall the local outlet is very good. The Adidas club, online website is totally different. If order is placed only 15 minutes to cancel order. Discounts are not applied at checkout. Be sure to view invoice, they also will charge for delivery unless otherwise selected

This was and is the WORST experience of my life. GM had me in the store for over 30 minutes to get the military discount I never got. Even though I had my military and veteran and DL and she said because I couldn’t use the QR code the store to set it up and to come back once it’s done. Now this is closer to the hour mark after she herself couldn’t help another person set theirs up. This will be the LAST visit to that store. Or me purchasing any other ADIDAS apparel.

Had the worst experience trying to take shoes back In less than 24hrs because we got the wrong size for our son! The manager was rude and actually made rude comments about us in front of the entire store! Never again will we buy adidas products

On Oct. 23, 2022 approximately 12pm I went to this store to pick up an online order. Presented the barcode for pickup & the clerk went to back of store and returned with item. Beginning at this point, a level of incompetence was displayed that was beyond my understanding. The clerk(s) did not know how to proceed with releasing the item to me nor did they attempt with any further assistance or attempt to provide any solutions. SMH!!
