I booked an appointment with Ariel to install braids. I paid the $25 non-refundable deposit; however, I had to reschedule due to a death in my family. I was told I had to reschedule within the next week or I would have to pay another $25 deposit for a later date. I made her aware that I would be out of town for a few weeks making preparations. If I had known my deposit was only good for a week or that my family member would pass, I would not have booked an appointment. I'm sure others have made advanced appointments and paid their deposit well ahead of a week. It was not good service.

I called late morning and was able to get a same day appointment with Irma. She started right one time, and did my cut and curl in 30 minutes. The shop was beautiful and inviting, Miss Irma was very professional and her prices are extremely reasonable. I love my hair and can't wait to see her again.
