The postal man is L A Z Y. I was supposed to receive a package today and stayed home all day to receive it. I just recently walked out to my mailbox and found a redelivery slip saying no one was home. I checked my security cameras and he literally sat at the edge of my driveway by my mailbox and honk the horn once and proceeded to write the slip. Since when do they do that , especially when a signature is required. HUGE INCONVENIENCE to me because I needed that package for the weekend. Then when you call to see if you can come pick it up today, NO ONE ANSWERS.

Not sure about the bad reviews but can tell you our Pass Christian Post office is one of the best in the county and for some, they have no idea how lucky we are compared to some other areas....I ship for a living and use UPS, fedex, and USPS. USPS by far is the most successful delivery rate for me and.....and why I use it 90% of the time instead of UPS and fedex. Every single person in our local pass office is the nicest and sweetest people you will meet.....and that "older blonde" lady will do anything for you......I could not be in business and make a living if we did not have a local post like we do! Thanks everyone!!

The USPS is getting ridiculously lazy. I saw the mail truck Saturday and walked out to get the Amazon order, so the mailman didn't have to get out of the truck. The mailman pulled up to the mailboxes, put stuff in the neighbors mailbox, then drove off, my delivery wasn't in the mailbox. Then the order tracking updates to "unable to access driveway". What is the grass too hard to walk over? Ridiculous.

One of my packages didn’t come in even though it said it was delivered. I filled out a form on the website and received a call the next morning. The person I spoke to was very professional and nice. A couple of hours later the employee was at my door with my package. I say 4 stars for the swiftness of my problem being resolved and the customer-centered professionalism and only took off 1 star because it was misdelivered in the first place; but the way I was treated makes up for that mistake.

That older blonde hair lady is very rude and have nothing but problems out of her every time I come in there. if you not happy with your job don't take it out on customers and this is not the first run in with her

My mailman didn't deliver my mail for a whole week. Did not notify me of the reason, it seems my bobtail parked in my private driveway was too i convenient for him to deliver all of my mail (my box was not blocked even though he claimed it was). So....paperwork i was waiting for was not delivered until after i had left.

My mailman didn't deliver my mail for a whole week. Did not notify me of the reason, it seems my bobtail parked in my private driveway was too i convenient for him to deliver all of my mail (my box was not blocked even though he claimed it was). So....paperwork i was waiting for was not delivered until after i had left. *update - he still doesnt deliver packages in a timely fashion because it won't fit in the mailbox. Doesn't bother leaving a notice saying its at the post office either until its getting ready to send back. Why dont i have the same issues with UPS and Fedex? They have no problems delivering to my home at all.
