The older, heavier set woman with the glasses & dark/grey hair is SO unnecessarily rude. Does she own this store? Doubtful with her attitude, but. She yells at customers to “get out of her store” & when you say “thank you” to her or “have a good day” she kind of just… grunts. Everyone else that works there has always been fantastic! But she is not at all friendly.

Friendly staff. Busy at times. Is a local favorite for quick needs.

A cashier named joe tried to steal 50$ from me by telling me my lottery ticket wasnt a winner and gave me a validation ticket for a completely different game. When i went back to ask why the time and serial number didnt match suddenly my ticket was a winner. I will be reporting this to the lottery commission.Who knows how many times he has done this to people and taken their money.

I like the store, but have had multiple issues with the supervisor or manager, Judith. Several times she has been rude or straight ignored me and other customers.

One more truck stop that has turned its back on the truck driver. After using your truck stop, on numerous occasions to get my 10 hr break in, I was greeted with a large banner on the 31st of October proclaiming "NO TRUCK PARKING". And I had less than 20 minutes left on the clock, which i had counted on because i had planned this route, with this stop! So, i did not purchase anything to eat, did not purchase 110 gallons of fuel and i went down the road to Love's because they still had a spot! Thanks a lot and to any other driver who may read this, bypass i10 exit 24, unless you want to stop at Bucees in a couple of years.

So I go into this same Keith’s store 2 times a day for about 3 years. As I’m walking into the store they tell me I can’t come in with my book bag(clearly the designer is not a book bag but a purse) then I accidentally knock over my drink and the clerk is acting as if I have an attitude stating that’s just our policy. If it’s your policy then why I have to been told anything over the last 2 years several times. I will purposely go out of my way to not stop at the particular Keith store in pass Christian. If that’s the stores policy great I understand it but to be told that after two years it just baffles me if it’s the policy wouldn’t you think all the store clerks would know this all the other Keith’s I’ve been into have never said anything. Matter of fact last week the manager of this particular store commented on my purse even asking me where I got it

This location is next to the beach and harbor, so we like to ride our bikes along the path. Cashier watches me park my bike and walk in with my two small children, (3 and 9), and tells me I can't come in with a backpack, also tells me she won't watch my backpack. Extremely rude.
