“I see that their are some "1 star" ratings. It as though we are talking about two different companies. And perhaps they are mistaken because..... My experience has been nothing but superb. In February 2021 we had a problem at the campground we were staying. They were quick, responsive, and professional in response to both my initial phone call as well as fixing the issue. We jusr arrived at the new campground. Different issue caused by a new system with our new unit. Craig returned my phone call within an hour or so. He started on the problem immediately. And solved the problem shortly. Not only that he helped educate us on our new system which he didn't have to do. So once again they were quick, responsive, and professional. Thanks Craig”

“Medicom can be pain, the customer service call center is rude, but the people at this particular store are awesome! They always take care of me right away when I come in and try to help me get the best deal that I can. For me it is always worth a drive to the store and talking to these people face to face than deal with the call centers over the phone. The people at this store are the only reason why I still have medicom.”
