“Diamond in the rough! I asked another local business owner if there was a marine hardware supply place close by, and he sent me to A & A Marine Hardware. I just upgraded to a bigger boat and needed a few things ASAP. They had the things I needed, they were very knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices were right. It was so nice to shop local instead of a big chain store 30 minutes away. I will definitely be visiting this place on a regular basis since boat ownership is an ongoing adventure! Do yourself a favor and check them out. Grab what you need and meet some good people doing business the right way!”

“This quaint little local hardware store is a must stop when we visit. They don't sell t-shirts anymore, but they are an authorized Yeti dealer. Because they are local, they have seasonal colors that online stores sold out of. If you love specific colors that you cannot find, check out this store! It is located in the cutest town strip. Easy to walk from shop to shop. They are so friendly and helpful.”

“When my Mom's well lost prime about the 3rd time in a week we did our best to get it fixed quickly with keeping cost down.. A Sub Contracting friend rode out to give us his opinion.. McGill's was the 1st thing he said after noticing our pump was needing replacing. Called McGills with the run down of our well , the guy on the phone seem to not be alarmed of needing to replace but reassured that rebuilding was a option. He step by step rebuild our pump with us watching his ever move, explaining in detail. He was quick , friendly, most differently cared more of my mom getting her water back on asap. We had learned a lot that day . It was actually very exciting day.”

Thank You Mr. Walker for assisting us when the hot water line ruptured underneath our concrete floor at hot water heater , and then the next Mr. Walker helped us with much guidance and assistance with electrial and plumbing and all kinds of repairs as needed .
Garbage disposal bit the dust , so Walker's had a new exact replacement in stock and better priced than the boxtop stores , and time and fuel and time saved keeping it here at home , plus Jason gave great advice on install and a short time later sink operating good as new again and again lol . “It’s a good local store, I know it’s hard for the owners to compete with the larger retailers. But it does have most of your common needs for your projects and it does beat driving all the way to waveland for just a few things. The staff is friendly and most part knowledgeable with little of everything.”

“The sales person's were very helpful . The unit does a good job. My concerns is installation was paid for . Said all units standard size, take one out put new one in. During installation, the old unit was difficult to pull out. This new unit was a half inch larger. Could hardly get the unit part way in. Installer said we need a custom installation. Twice the cost. He would not give us the time to widen the cabinet space. The unit is not installed correctly. It sticks out a couple of inches. It is so jammed into the space, the unit will be difficult to pull out. Very disappointed with the install and information given”
