Zeal was AMAZING! I ordered a pair of boots that in transit, got damaged including the box, bag and boots themselves. Even though they have a no-refund policy on them, I contacted them and explained what had happened and they were SO so great and issued a refund AND gave me e discount code to use on my next purchase. THAT is how you gain and keep customers. Other businesses could learn a lot from their team.If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I am so glad that I came across this boutique. The style is there. I literally love everything and best of all THE PRICES!! ❤️❤️ They have the best prices out of any other boutique that I shop, and I shop a lot of boutiques. For example: on a live tonight they showed a thicker material shacket that was I believe $38 and some other boutiques I shop, I see those same ones that look like that going for around $60 give or take a few dollars. And all the girls are so nice and bubbly. They all have their own personalities and are very real. U can tell they aren’t putting on. Customer service is great. They go above and beyond. My experience with this Boutique was not a positive one. I took my daughter shopping and when we entered the store we were not greeted. I did find a top for myself but , when my daughter and I stepped up to the register the young lady whom was running the register began to make jokes under her breathe to her co-worker. Both employees went to the high school with my daughter and had known her since kindergarten. I said to the young ladies "Excuse me?". They both giggled and told me my total. My daughter who was standing right next to me had left the boutique because of the employees behavior. I told the register runner "Nevermind" and went after my daughter. And ever since this incident; when I am downtown I do not enter the boutique.
