Mr. Hatfield was very helpful at the Pascagoula store. We got two almost free S24 Android phones and it is cheaper than At&T. We had No Service with them as soon as we left out driveway. So glad we switched to Verizon.

I called with an issue with me phone and luckily Grant was the one to answer because he went above and beyond to help get me situated. He did everything in a timely manner as well and gave me great advice as well!

The salesman will Cheat you out of money promising you this and giving you nothing. There was a $600 dispute with Verizon. And I change to consumer cellular lot better company.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!I fell down some stairs and my phone was completely totaled. Go to THIS store. Rep says my insurance canceled. I bought a new phone. He switched the wrong line(my wife’s in Houston). She has an android, I have an iPhone. Her phone was off for 5 hours. She had to go to a Verizon store to get it back on. I DID have insurance. I returned the phone I bought and all kinds charges showed up. Had to go back and have those removed.Worst experience EVER with a phone store.THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE!!!They do everything they can to disguise that face.

Transferred my data from old to new phone, my screen and phone protector on, prepared my old phone for shipping, everything was a breeze because representative Tyler Hutson was very helpful and knowledgeable, with pleasant attitude (not mr know it all). It used to take me hours to get it done there so I always take a day off for it, but yesterday was fast and easy, was able to go back to work in less than an hour..thanks!

Very pleasant and professional salesperson. Good selection of products. This is one of the Cellular Sales franchise locations and not a company store. That limits what they can do and offer and therefore the 3 star rating.

Justin Cole was amazing & patient with me getting a new phone the iPhone 14! He explain everything very well & also options… & he also check to make sure everything is good great with my phone (I’ve never had that happen from a phone company) thanks for hiring great people like him !

Although there is online pay ( through the app) and auto bill pay through debit cards in the app, are available. This Verizon store doesn't have a kiosk, where you just walk in and pay cash or card there with no wait and leave. The car salesmen/woman, oh wait, cell phone salesman/woman, ? small punn, intended, we're extremely helpful as soon as they were able to help the previous customers choose a phone suitable just for them. Although Verizon is kind of expensive, the 5G also kinda sucks. I need a refund for the extra 5G fees I've been with yall 12 years at least now. Always git service tho can't argue there. Can ya hear me now. ? end of rant.....

Very POOR customer service!!! Rep did not have informative information about their product or plans. No one greeted us upon entry, overall experience was bad! I do plan on calling in this complaint as well because it was more to it! Highly NOT recommending the Pascagoula location
