The postal service in pascagoula is ridiculous. They don't have enough workers we never get our mail. I heard from one of the postman that the lady over them rush them to finish with their route so they don't get paid for the full 8 hours. She worked in mobile and did the same thing. They need to send her back to mobile. I'm from mobile and I moved here. Everyday they have a new postman that's sad and the neighbors are mad where is our my mail. 2 streets over.
Looking at my usps informed delivery I have 8 pieces of mail coming today. I haven't seen a postman all day. What is it a holiday it's 5:30pm. No postman in sight . Smh

In the past 6 months myself and my roommate have been inconvenienced by the fact that this post office’s workers refuse to even attempt to deliver our packages to the door. Instead of delivering them they stick a slip in the mailbox which we don’t check frequently and return the packages to the office.

They are not opened during the hours suggested. I have been there twice in the last week and both times the doors were already locked. Once was a Saturday at 1045am and another was a Wednesday at 330. They also do not answer the phone and I've called 4 times. I dropped a package off 2 weeks ago and they never updated the website tracking, so I cannot even find out where it is.Go to another office. This one is trash.

I live in an apartment complex. My mailbox has not in locked over 2 weeks. I have called, and went by. My complex office has called, emailed and my box is STILL not fixed. I have been expecting very important mail. I work 9 to 5. This mail is VERY IMPORTANT and the lady in the post office was not very helpful and did not address the issue of my lock needing to be fixed. Who! do I need to contact?!

Multiple trips per week and employees are always very friendly, helpful and efficient! Very knowledgeable lady there that knows the answer to ANY question and explains how to prevent or fix issues like a PRO! Also, if there is a line at the counter it usually moves quickly!

A supervisor at this usps is extremely unprofessional. Her name is Amy Brown. Employees at this office did not "scan in" a high dollar package sent to me. the tracking displayed an alert status. tracking showed item was delivered to pascagoula usps, 5 days later it was still unscanned, with no location updates. i called them to locate the pckg. she told me it wasnt there. i gave them time and called back. i was patient, and asked some questions about the process at their location, so that i could understand what might have happened. she did not answer my questions. Amy Brown, i will be filing a complaint with the usps, providing them with the recordings i have of all our phone calls, your unprofessional way of communicating, and the part where you admitted that your office failed to scan hundreds of packages before being sent out for delivery. it left customers who rely on the tracking system, more so during this pandemic, without the reasonable expectation that they will receive the goods they necessarily purchase by mail.
