Missy (Notary) is so kind, I unfortunately messed up some paperwork and had to come in again for a notary. She is professional and courteous and always willing to explain how the notary process works here in Mississippi! As a new resident I appreciate it, and applaud her customer service skills! Will be coming here for shipping needs, specifically because of Missy! ?

The blonde lady with glasses was a bit rude. She yells "No Ma'am! You have to take that with you !" at me after I toss my trash into the trash can. She says "They just took it (trash) out". Even though there was trash inside the trash can. Really ? so FYI: You're not allowed to use the trash can here !!

Today was a very bad experience here today. The lady with gray hair was very rude and sharp with not only me but the other patrons. They were so busy and no where to sit. My daddy is 94 and had to stand. I can't stand long due to back and both hips I had surgery on and with the lady being rude I came and sat in the car. I just want her to know you don't treat people so rudely. I've never had a problem before today. The lady acted as if she couldn't handle the stress. Give her job to someone who can handle the job. Her name is Amanda.
