Depends on when you dine. Breakfast service is good, dinner is awful. Bartender can't keep up, disappears or they put someone with zero bar knowledge behind the bar. Food is good but the ribeye is as good as a dinner or waffle house ribeye. Thin but seasoned well. It was cooked to the proper temp. The cooks are on point but dinner service needs some help and steak quality definitely needs help.

We recently stayed here for a family reunion and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. Check in process was ok. Upon entering my room there was a lingering odor in the room. Smelled of mold and mildew and very humid. The following morning my aunt's room was busted into by the maintenance man who supposedly had a work order for a faulty latch on her room door. When my aunt expressed her concerns to hotel staff later in the day they stated that hotel maintenance workers do not need permission to enter a room, whether it is occupied or not. Also, when expressing to the general manager, who was there she was very dismissive and condescending when my aunt was expressing her feelings about the situation, and told my aunt that if she was not satisfied with the service at the hotel that she could leave in fine stay elsewhere. That there is not good customer service, and we were very thrown off by her nonchalant attitude. A day or so later after our family concluded the banquet for our family reunion hotel front desk staff stated that it was OK for us to use a room for us to continue to play cards and socialize with family on the last night of our reunion about 45 minutes later, the police show up and we were told that we need to vacate the room, because we are not authorized to use the room stating that we are trespassing and could be locked out of our rooms. How is one trespassing when we're paying guest? If anyone ever has stay in this city, please do not stay at this hotel. Please find somewhere else to stay unless you don't mind poor customer service, and rude general managers.

I am very disappointed in the behavior and discrimination exhibited with the Hilton staff and management this past weekend. The police were called on my family after we gathered in the library to fellowship after the banquet held in your hotel on Saturday night, July 22nd. We were advised by J. Wells Furniss, "we needed to go to our rooms because another guest called the police and bypassed her because we were too noisy. We were never asked to leave or keep any noise down. My Aunt asked one of the officers if she could speak with him. He said, "Yes." She asked, "upon entering the hotel, did you hear any noise?" He said, "No." And about eight to 10 minutes later, two additional officers arrived on the scene. And no more than five minutes after that, the sergeant arrived and at that time she spoke with the sergeant While she was speaking with the sergeant and commending Officer Landry, the General Manager Tammy Moore (who was the same person to tell my aunt she could go to a different hilton if she's a hilton memeber after an disturbing encounter with the maintenance) stormed inside of the hotel and screams out, "I WANT THEM TRANSPORTED OUT OF HERE." We were all offended and shocked by her comment and behavior as if we were not all paying guests most are Hilton honors members and really had no legitimate reason for the police to be called. Tammy then proceeded to explain to the sergeant that the maintenance man (Dean) broke the latch on her door upon entering her room unannounced while she and her kid was asleep; a little before 9 am Friday morning. (Which in my opinion should have been said in a more confidental setting and irrelevant at this moment.) Where is the Customer Service here displayed by the employees involved, or the actions exhibited the entire weekend?? 100% satisfaction guarantee was not displayed and Hilton was not ready to welcome me and my with unrivaled hospitality, backed by an award-winning Hilton Honors guest loyalty program as I believe that it is Hilton's motto. How can Hilton make this right? Refund my family the money spent on the Friday and Saturday night banquets and hotel stay.

I proceeded to explain to the sergeant that the maintenance man (Dean) broke the latch on my door upon entering my room unannounced while my child and I slept; a little before 9 am Friday morning. Later on Friday afternoon, while being interrogated by the T. M. GM, if I were a Hilton honors member, I could relocate to another property. I stayed at this hotel for two nights and I was impressed, I slept comfortable, the room was clean, the water pressure from the shower was awsome, and there were no outside noises from other rooms or people outside of my room. Most of all, when I checked out, I forgot to check the nightstand where I had left an envelope with a significate amount of cash in it. After arriving back home in Florida, I received a call from the hotel, asking if I was missing anything from my stay. I couldn't think at that moment, until she mentioned the nightstand, and it hit me . She said housekeeping found the envelope and turned it in. I had a family member, who lives in the city, go by and claim my package, and leave the honest housekeeper a little bonus for being so honest, when she really didn't have to report it to anyone. I will definately stay here again, whenever I'm in the area.

We are in town from Atlanta for a funeral, we arrived at the hotel at 10:25pm, ready to check in and get some rest. We were checked in rather quickly, stepped off the elevator to dogs barking loudly nonstop in the hallway. We arrived to our room and quickly realized the dogs were adjacent to us. We clearly can't rest with dogs barking. Next we realized that the toilet was broken, doesn't flush. I go to use the phone to call the front desk, guess what, it's broken. I go back downstairs and express my concerns and immediately was told the hotel is sold out for the night so they aren't able to switch my room. Maintenance was called to look at the toilet. He came up, looked at the toilet, and said he was supposed to be getting off work now, but he will have to fix a piece that's broken. We go back down and wait in the lobby. Maintenance wasn't able to fix it because the tool box was put away and he couldn't find it. He did show us how we could rig by opening the nasty toilet cover to make it work. Front desk staff did contact the owners of the dogs and they stated that the dogs were in the room by themselves but they would be back. Some of your staff tried to assist, but Kayla Furr went above and beyond to try to rectify this awful situation. She was genuine, and she used critical thinking to exhaust all avenues before giving up. Even though she couldn't resolve the situation, I could tell that she truly cared and she has the heart for hospitality! These are the kind of people that you should want working for you! Your other staff member Jennie, she's the worst, should not be in hospitality, and needs more extensive training. I'm sitting in the lobby while Kayla is explaining some of the situation to Jennie and Jennie proceeds to tell her "I don't know what you want me to do, this has never happened before" Wow! As a consumer I understand your hands may be tied because no rooms are available, the dog barking is outside of your control, and the toilet can't be fixed but I shouldn't know that you don't give a damn about the problem. I do not like her nonchalant attitude and the way she spoke to me or my fiancé. She did ABSOLUTELY nothing to rectify the situation except letting it be known she didn't give a damn which made the situation worse. Finally at 12:52am we left the lobby, exhausted, frustrated and the only thing that was resolved is the dog owners making it back. We were offered breakfast vouchers and told we need to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and now they're saying because I paid the hotel directly, they need to resolve. No one is taking accountability and just blaming each other.

The room was clean enough , but shower head sprayed everywhere , shower itself leaked all over the floor but my main issue was they charged you $10 for their dry breakfast.. just juice, cereal or bagels $10.... Then you could buy off the menu for more to get bacon or anything hot.. this is a Hilton but after $160 for a small room you gonna squeeze $10 more outta me for a dookie dry breakfast? Boo. If I would've known that I would've walked next door and got a biscuit from Hardee's or something.

Pascagoula, the "Singing River" city beside the Gulf of Mexico, has a deep and rich history as a European settlement that goes back over 300 years. Her name is taken from a band of peaceful Native Americans (Pascagoula means "bread eaters") who inhabited the area when Hernando De Soto first explored the Mississippi River area in the 1540's. Legend tells the story of two Native American tribes that believed to have once coexisted, the Biloxi and the Pascagoula. Chief Altama of Pascagoula and Princess Anola of Biloxi fell in love. Their union was forbidden, so the Biloxi planned to go to war with Pascagoula and take all of their people as slaves to the Biloxi. Tragically, Altama, Anola and the rest of the Pascagoula people joined hands as they walked into the river singing their death songs, rather than enslave themselves to their enemy, the fierce Biloxi. Thus, the legend of the "Singing River" was born. The Hilton is spotless, and the rooms are quite nice. The Hilton seems to be centrally located too. I particularly liked the day staff! I'll go back! - Jimmy Buffett is the most famous person from Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Just stayed here for the third time. It's one of the only places to stay here so the choices are slim. I've thought everyone was nice. I like the bar/restaurant here. They have a decent craft beer selection so thats always a plus. A few issues, this building can be really humid in the halls. As others have complained about, the maintenance is lacking (see the picture of the chair), and things are sometimes not well organized. I've used 2 different meeting rooms here as well and they were both great.

I left beverages in the fridge of my hotel after checking out. I called and asked the lady at the front desk to kindly save them. Six hours later I went by the hotel and sure enough , everything was saved at the front desk!! This was a lovely stay, we will be back. :)

their rooms stunk of mustiness and their carpet floors are extremely sticky and disgusting so bring flipflops if you're going to stay here! They don't put a sheets under the blanket so you're basically using the unwashed blankets that other people have been using. If you aren't ok with that, ask front desk for another bed sheet! Everything else in the room was ok. THey have a fridge and a microwave. OH ! They also have a desk chair that is SUPER low. It's impossible to pull the chair up higher because it doesn't have a bar and it was uncomfortable sitting down on it to do any work.
