Pascagoula tire has always given me great service! I buy all of my tires from them and get routine maintenance and oil changes done! Arrived at time they opened for new set of tires. Very fast service. In and out in about an hour!! Fair price and excellent service. Didn’t try to upsell me to something I didn’t need. RECOMMEND!!

Driving from Gulf Shores to Biloxi we started having issues on Interstate 10..looked for the closest repair shop..and called this place..they said come on in we would be happy to help...Thank you Pascagoula tire servicefor the impeccable Customer service, fair price and speedy turnaround. After an unexpected charge and an unpleasant experience with an employee, the owner reached out afterward and compensated me. There were still a couple of small issues I had to fix once I got my vehicle back, but I appreciate an owner that follows up on negative experiences and attempts to make it right.

Do yourself a favor and find another tire shop
These people are despicable, deceitful, and do not stand behind their word. This guy Rick that works for them is a disgusting human being with the worst attitude I have ever seen from anyone. It made me wonder what his parents did to him as a child. Not to mention, the owner of this business is pretty arrogant his self and now I get to wait and see how he’s going to reply and make it all look like it’s not an issue and try to cover up the fact of his incompetency, please people honestly find another tire shop

My husband was referred to this place by a very nice couple that owns Dixie Upholstery. Well he stopped by over two weeks ago and asked Jared if he could get a set of rims that he was looking for and he told him no but if you find some we can put them on for you. Well my husband drove over 2 hours to get the rims and tires he wanted In Louisiana. He then went to Pascagoula tires on a Saturday and was told by Rick Davis that they couldn’t help him per the owner. Rick was very rude from the beginning to my husband and has made a bad impression for this business. So he does not recommend this place as long as Rick Davis is working there.

This place is amazing and wonderful ! I have a new car! Five days after I got it, the tire started losing air. I took it to a tire shop, and they were not able to locate any issue. They aired it up and sent me on my way after blaming it on the weather.
After waking up again today, with it almost flat I went to the Firestone on market Street in Pascagoula!!!
Not only were they absolutely amazing and wonderful people their friendliness was very rewarding.
I’ll be coming here for sure! He even gave me a recommendation for my other car transmission to he checked! Thanks Guys!!!

We were new to town and needed several items looked at on our vehicle as well as new tires. They explained all the problems, estimated the costs upfront, were reasonably priced on all, and were able to get us new tires as well as all the issues repaired in quick order. The folks here are easy to work with - very knowledge and efficient. We have been pleased with the work that was done as well as the cost of repairs and tires. We will be long-term customers!
