We had a tire blow out (on our travel trailer) while on the way to New Orleans. Initially, we called our insurance company for road side assistance. We were told that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I then called On Tome Mobile and was told "we are on the way." They arrived quickly with a truck that was fully equipped to put a new tire on the travel trailer. This was amazing because most towing companies don't have that capability. Most road side assistance companies will show up and either simply put on a spare tire, or take the damaged tire/rim to a secondary location and bring it back. That is a long time to be stuck in a dangerous area on an interstate. They arrived, installed a new tire, and had us on our way in about 35 minutes! I can't say enough good things about On TimeTire because they truly saved our vacation! Thanks guys!!!!!!!

We had a great experience! They came out quickly to our home on Christmas Eve to replace two flat tires. We can’t express how much of a relief this was, not knowing that anyone would be open or available the day before Christmas. They were kind, informative, and very reasonably priced. We’d recommend them to anyone and will absolutely call them again if we should find ourselves in a bind!

In the time of an emergency On Time Mobile Tire really came through! The service is open 24 hrs so when I called early in the morning my call was answered with urgency. Jay worked with me patiently to find my location and swiftly came to help with my vehicle. The situation was handled quickly and I was back on the road! I'm very thankful for this service, Jay is knowledgeable, professional, and informative! I would recommend this service to everyone.

This is the best tire company around period! Jamarius was a God sent. He came to my site and fixed my tire problem quickly and efficiently. He made me feel as if I was a priority. He also educated me on several points about tires that often go overlooked. I had a great conversation with the man. If you are in need of assistance getting a tire fixed call On Time. He's the best in the game.

Dead battery in the rain at night. Called the roadside assistance I paid for and they were useless. I called OTMTS. He was great. Kept me posted on when he was getting there. I was under was in less than an hour. He went above and beyond giving me a rain poncho. He made sure my truck would shut off and start back up. Really great service. Guy was really a super person.

When you break down with a blowout in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend, you will find yourself with one most excellent option - On Time Mobile Tire Shop. Attentive, caring, and competent from start to finish. The shop equipment is impressive with digital machines from Germany and the level of service exceeds what you normally get at a brick and mortar shop or a dealership.

On a Friday night when everyone else was closed or not answering the phone, Jay found tires in the correct size and came out to save the day.Not only was he able to fix the blowout, he had brought a second tire, just in case the one next to the broken tire needed to be replaced as well.He was friendly and knowledgeable, teaching me the things about tires I should have already known, without making me feel silly about not knowing.

Came to my house quickly and helped me hook and unhook uhaul trailer that had a flat. it was 100 degrees at 5 on a Friday night and he was just as pleasant as he could be. Will call him again when I need someone done quickly and correctly.

38 foot motor home with a blowout stuck at the entrance of the rest area in Pascagoula. What AAA COULD NOT DO, this company did it. I was back on the road in 1 hr 15 mins. New tire, rim...it got us home. They don't play around. It was 110 degrees. Professional fast reliable. Bless these guys.

Traveling through town by RV, generator broke down.. we had no AC. Called On Time Mobile on a Sunday morning. He met us at a truck stop and got it going again. Plus he checked all our RV tires, aired them up and we were down the road again. Strongly recommend Mr. Jones for his fast service and for giving us Preventive Maintenance tips. Thank you!
