“I recently stayed and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was impeccably clean and nicely appointed, providing a comfortable stay. However, there were a couple of issues with amenities that detracted from the experience. The coffee maker and TV in the room were unfortunately not functional during my stay, which was disappointing.On the bright side, the front desk check-in process was handled professionally and with a touch of humor, which added a positive note to my arrival. The staff's demeanor made me feel welcomed and at ease.Despite the minor setbacks, I would consider staying at [Hotel Name] again in the future.
