DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR FEDEX DROP OFF... I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR FEDEX DROP OFFS. I DROPPED OFF A FEDEX ENVELOPE ON MARCH 16, 2022 AND IT WAS STILL THERE ON MARCH 22, 2022. I HAD BEEN GOING ONLINE TO CHECK THE TRACKING AND IT CONTINUED TO SAY NOT FOUND IN THE SYSTEM. SO I CALLED THIS DG MARKET AND FOUND OUT IT WAS STILL THERE. I PROMPTLY WENT AND PICKED IT UP. THERE COMMENT WAS " THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHY FEDEX HADN'T PICKED IT UP. IT HAS BEEN SITTING RIGHT HERE".

I feel they should have a middle man for those who is trying to find a package. You can't just enter the building so I think there should be a person at the gate to help those who can't entee
