After the awful service I've received from Estabrook, I thought there was no way that Cannon could do any worse, but they certainly have! I received a "Do Not Drive" recall notice from Ford that my vehicle had a dangerous airbag condition that could result in death or dismemberment if it wasn't repaired immediately. I called Cannon and despite making it clear that Ford advised my car to not be driven until the airbag was fixed, the soonest they would schedule my appointment was three weeks out. I patiently waited and dropped it off at 7:30 that morning so they would have all day to fix it. During the day, I texted and called but still got no response about the status of my car. At 4:45 I arrived to pick it up and discovered that it had never even been moved the whole day! Making matters worse, the employees were completely apathetic and didn't even offer an apology! As such, I will drive to Alabama or Louisiana for future service as I wasted a whole day at Cannon for them to do absolutely nothing! In my forty years of driving, I've dealt with dozens of car dealerships all over the country, but Cannon is easily the WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!

Booked truck for a recall repair for 10. Had an appointment. Told over phone it wouldn't take more than an hour. Arrived and had to wait four hours for the repair to complete. If things taken awhile, don't tell your customers the opposite. People have to take time off work for this and it was completely unprofessional to swap the timeline of the repair when we were stuck there and had to accept this bloated timeline

Horrible I've been taking my car here since I bought and never have I had an issue until now last service I was told they would rotate my tires for free next service informed the agent he didn't do it called to speak with the agent who told me Lindsey no answer all day call was not returned the the agent got smart when I told him about not receiving a call I will not beg somebody and pay them I'll just take my car somewhere else and they can cancel that credit card won't be using it.

I took my 2012 nissan Altima there engine running fine. the transmission had stopped working it was pulled in. my nissan 200,000 miles on it. I was told I needed a new trans at the cost of 4K. needless to say I came to get my car. It now wouldn't even start, when I brought it in the issue was not then engine. That being said, when I brought it home I decide to find out why it wouldn't start anymore, I got an mechanic involved and told me someone shorted out the brain box. I not saying Estabrook did that but it was running when I took it to them. of course I never be able to prove something like that. I'll not take anything to them again but now that it's cannon maybe things will be difdifferent.

Estabrook Nissan will treat you like family. Tim Odom is the salesman we use and he always does his best to get us a great deal on a Nissan. The rest of the staff is always friendly, too. I also find them to be honest and trustworthy.!

Sold a newer SUV with knowing computer problems with out fixing the issue so I had to get a SUV that was a year older and also was more expensive than the one I got and really wanted ..??

Not sure which one this is. Estabrook in Moss Point of Jackson County Mississippi is the one we prefer to do business with. Both are very nice. We just like the people and cars at the Toyota dealership better.
