In my search for another Mustang GT, I reached out regarding a '22 GT premium that they had. I explained what I wanted to do and the terms I needed to do it under. I requested additional info and a walk-around video with the car being cranked as well. The salesman, Dan Amulenko, immediately provided what I asked for, patiently answered all of my questions, and ensured that I would be satisfied with my purchase.
As for the car I traded in, I got a very fair price. I provided my own financing so I can't really say anything about their finance side. From beginning to end, it was a very easy process.

I would never recommend nor bring my car back to this place. I had a misfire on #4 sparkplug engine light reading. I wanted service I can trust, so I assumed that taking my Ford to a Ford dealership would avoid any anxiety I may have. OMG, was I wrong. Not only did this dealership charge me $2100 for the repairs, my engine light came back on a day after I received my car with the same error message. When I bought the car back to them, they insisted that I didn't have a misfire once the engine warmed up, but there was a misfire upon startup with a rough idle. They're final suggestion was a new engine with a quote of $13,000. And, they were not kidding. Fast forward two weeks, I found a mechanic to fix the real problem which required a work ethic and some honesty. I am so disgusted with this dealership. I will never recommend nor return to them for service. Hell, I may not ever buy a Ford again. If you have major repairs, BEWARE of this dealership.
