very poor/ bread was out of ate 2 days, poor customer service, had a delivery and found it in the ditch the next day by the road. prices one day go up and a few days later as they cannot sell are reduced. management seems not to care, on line you check and it says in stock but than you go to store and it is not. poor inventory management i finally found prices better at local grocery stores.

Pascagoula has had some serious inventory management problems for years, WELL before Covid-19. And now they have customer service/delivery issues. I had an order over $150 stolen by the delivery driver. Natoria supposedly delivered it, but it was not delivered. The picture showing delivery is of a house nowhere near where I live, and there weren't even any groceries in the picture, just a cracked windshield. Pascagoula walmart wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to report it, and they hung up on corporate walmart and wouldn't answer subsequent calls when they tried to resolve the issue. I just hope thieving delivery drivers aren't used again and are reported to the third-party delivery provider. But who knows since they won't answer the phone.

I have never been a fan of Walmart, but living in Pascagoula, I tend to shop at Walmart quite frequently. During my visit today, I was looking for some ring snuggies in the jewelry section and there was an empty box. There was no employee in the jewelry area, so I flagged down the first one I saw to ask if they knew if there were anymore ring snuggies... she told me she had no idea because she didn't work in the jewelry department. I asked her if there was anyone who could help me and she told me she didn't know... so I asked if someone would be working in the jewelry department soon and she again told me she didn't know... that they were probably on break. So basically, she could not help me in anyway. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. I finished the rest of my shopping and went back to the jewelry to see if there was anyone there to help me then... still no one. Ridiculous. What if someone were trying to buy jewelry that was locked up? No one to help them either. Really disappointed with this experience and the customer service.

Absolutely the WORST store and definitely WORST Walmart in the country!!! In the past 9 years, this store has NEVER been able to stay even close to well stocked. You can only imagine how bad it is now with Covid. And apparently no one in charge at this store knows how to use a bank. I don't usually use cash, but I do sometimes, and it never fails, there is ONLY 1 self checkout that ever takes cash...absolutely RIDICULOUS. And it is better to wait in that LONG line for the one self checkout that takes cash rather than going to either of the 2 lines that has an actual employee!!! And unfortunately, this incredibly horrible situation has nothing to do with the pandemic. This store just functions that poorly. And the reason why this POOR SERVICE and barely stocked store can continue YEAR AFTER YEAR to function this way is because it it the only store that serves Pascagoula, Gautier and Moss Point. So the manager doesn't give a flip how much of a crappy store this is....and we know WALMART doesn't care. It is INSANE that there are actually people, including the manager of this store, and the powers that be at Walmart that seriously wake up and goto work and have no problem saying to themselves "We aren't even in the vicinity of making this store acceptable, and we are ALL A-OK with that!"

Terrible service. Waited for someone to come to the sporting goods desk for near about 30minutes. Pushed the assistance button 15 times and had someone page 3 times and still no one came.

Shout out to the dumbasses who put the salads together and keep forgetting forks. Job can't possibly be that hard right? I might be wrong. I mean all you do is throw salad in a f****** plastic box along with some dressing and the most important part a f****** fork.

I agree with them being out of stock. I have, on more than one occasion, went inside and found THE EXACT item they say they are out of, hmmm. Also, I don't agree with some of the the items they substitute. The item we order is not available so they issue a generic and still charge the original cost, unsatisfactory! I will add that 5 of 6 people I deal with in pick-up have a very positive outlook and are pleasant people, for those, I give 5 stars!

I love the grocery pick up app! It makes it so easy to just pick up essentials and easier in the budget too. However the last two times I used the app they were out of several items. It would help if they would keep enough inventory for their regular weekly grocery pick up customers.

This place always has expired foods and meats out on the shelves. I've never bought so many expired items from a store before, it's ridiculous.
