This is regarding the Pascagoula store.I brought in my 2001 GMC Sierra to have a noise similar to the sound of a cavitating pump in the engine compartment/back of engine compartment area. The power steering pump reservoir was low according to Delta shop personnel. Let's stop there. Why is it low? I don't believe the line that they are saying needs to be replaced now was picked up (found bad) during the first visit and it should've been. The noise wasn't fully troubleshot by Delta. I took it to another shop, who then told me that the pump and line are leaking. I then took it back to Delta because they replaced the pump and it is under warranty. In summary, they should stick to tires because if they don't take the time to do a proper diagnosis, just don't bother. The line should've been found at the beginning and there's no proof that the pump was bad in the first place. I will have another shop replace the line and periodically have them check the pump for leakage. Customers deserve better than this and these guys cut corners. I am disappointed with the service I received. They looked at me as if I was making up the noise I was hearing in the beginning.

Delta Tire in Pascagoula worked on my mother’s van and did a great job. We took the van in with brake problems. Patrick went out of his way to make sure she had a safe vehicle to drive, and was even willing to work a little late if necessary. I would definitely recommend this business!

Discovered a front tire going flat during a short lunch break. I pulled into Delta to se if there was any way I could get immediate service. Their guy spotted the tire killer nail and had me back on the road in a jiffy! Thank you Delta. I will be glad to help spread the good news.

Great place, employees very professional. I was in a desperate situation needing a tire repair/replacement and was 450 miles from home. I Googled this business and they were able to help me when I arrived. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable but they did have a new tire of the size I needed. Within 45 minutes I was back on the road. Thank you so much Delta World Tire!

Was in town for Chevron outtage and needed 2 rear tires, shocks and balance front tires bought from a Houston shop that did shoddy service. They also caught the fact my rear brake pads were very worn and replaced them too. Delta got me in early, out early and did a professional job at competitive prices. Thanks guys!

(Review will probably get deleted, theyre deleting bad reviews to mislead people into coming). So i bought my truck up here about 2 days ago, finally get it back today wondering why it took so long for a simple alignment done, well turns out thats not all they were doing per-say. Every person in that shop should be held accountable for their disrespectful actions towards peoples vehicles. I got up there (having a new model truck i pressed on my push start) tried starting my truck and it wouldnt start, i didnt mind it thinking hey it was sitting up who knows. Well i get back home and as im driving i notice the motor aswell as the rear end making noise ( when i brought the truck up there the motor ran perfect and the rear end made 0 noise whatsoever). Well i decided id check it out back at the house, upon arriving at my house, i popped my hood to see why the motor was making a noise. To my suprise the gold premium batter i had in my truck was gone and replaced with a cheap walmart battery, the batter breckets were takin off, the one holding the ground wire had one loose bolt holding it on, the ground was loose (hence why it wouldn’t start) and the motor was tapping. Bad enough as that was, i asked them to put the pins holding the camber in since i was using bolts due to the old pins breaking, and they completely destroyed the upper arm boot aswell as ate into my frame and metal, on top of everything else my rear end was making noise. I go check the rear end out, nothings loose so i got worried and checked the gear fluid, low and behold metal came pouring out my fluid, way more then normal wear and tear. Ive only owned the truck for about 2 weeks and i rarely drive it above 75 mph. My back tires (used stock tires since they couldn’t do my alignment with 33s) they stocks were worn smooth out, realizing the so called “professional” teenagers and immature adults in the shop were spinning tires in my truck. Oh and this isnt even the best part, my dash was completely destroyed aswell as now my key fob isnt working since they ran the motor for the driver side door lock completely out. To make it even better i cant go in there in person since they gave my truck back 5 minutes before closing. I seriously dont recommend and feel bad for anyone choosing to come here, learn from my mistake and go somewhere else, unless you want your vehicle back totaled.

Nope.I made appointment for 11am for an alignment. Showed up at 11am and there was another car on the machine. I said Ohkay no problem; front desk guy said it should be 20-30 mins. Sat in the waiting area on my phone working remote while getting my car repaired. I had ran over a semi tire a couple weeks before and couldn't drive my car due to it pulling in one direction. After 2hrs (1pm) I went back to the desk and said "hey did y'all forget about me?" the guy immediately runs out to the shop and tells another manager something. That manager comes in to talk to me and ask me if keys in the car (no y'all have it) we then walk outside and I show him where my car hit a tire. But also explained I just want an alignment before I do any body work. He takes my car for a "test drive"-- I see him driving it down hwy 90 very fast and pulls it into the shop. A few minutes later he comes to me and says hey I was able to get your intake boot back where it should be but I can't work on your car it needs a new hub/wheel bearing on driver's sides. They print me out a new itemized statement for $129 alignment, $83 part for hub and $480 labor!! I said whoaa I don't have $700 to drop on this today. They said no worries come back when you can AND DON'T DRIVE CAR (the shop management said the wheel hub was "barely" hanging on and stressed how unsafe my car was). So I put my car in drive way and don't drive it while I try to collect money; my whole life is on HOLD! I decided to get a second opinion...(I bought my own hubs for him to replace cause Delta said I needed them) the mechanic jacked my car up and shows me the driver side hub..it's in PERFECT condition! He sends me to a tire place for a new tire and BOOM car is driving great again. These guys at Delta not only shook my life upside down but also tried to snake oil me. Sure I might be a woman and look "fragile" but you don't get to work us over and under mind us. I hope everyone sees this review....and I hope they don't do this to anyone again! The only thing wrong with my car was the bumper/front end damage grinding on my tire and making it pull to the left. Oh and $700 for one hub replacement and alignment that wasn't needed!! CROOKS!!Also, I'm adding a picture of my hub that's "barely" hanging on. (Don't mind the dust I work for a concrete company)
