Needed part for ice maker, agent looked up part and ordered it. Part did not solve problem (did not work) and would not refund money! Was not informed of the no refund policy prior to purchase!
I try to due business with local merchants but poor service by this business. Ordered part on line for about half price charged buy Centeral Appliance! Will not do any business with this company and recommend all go to Biloxi for parts.
Update: after seeing review, I was contacted and after explaining my problem again they agreed to refund all items. Don't know why it took so long to see problem!

We have purchased several appliances here simply because they stand behind their products and services. They answer the phone and have great customer service. We also use them for HVAC services. Great people! Highly recommend.

Very professional sales representative and installation team. Not only did they have appliances in stock to select from, they also had them available to deliver and install. I was able to purchase a refrigerator on Thursday and have it delivered/installed on Friday. They also have wonderful communication before and after the sale.

They were super friendly and helpful. It was a Saturday and I came close to closing time but they treated me like they just open the doors. The two ladies were knowledgeable of the product and how long it could take to come. As well as had patience while I open 20 fridges and looked in them all. Customer service has gotten lost in the world today but not here. I will be back!! O almost forgot bought on Sat delivery is set for thur. Pretty quick!!

I went in for AC filters! Holly got the ones I needed and put them in my car for me! I recently bought a new deep freeze from them! And was so pleased with the delivery! I would never buy appliances from anyone else!!

I’m very pleased that we found out about Central Appliance Showroom in Pascagoula. They have a variety of appliances models that includes major brands that Lowe’s and Home Depot didn’t carry. I’m very happy that I made the drive to receive the best experience from them. I’m ecstatic that we were able to do business with them.
