We came into town to see our son who attends Ole Miss and decided we needed a storage unit for the summer. We literally got to the office 10 mins before closing time on a Saturday. Brooke was so nice and wasn’t at all put out by our late arrival. She was very professional and personable. I’ve already tecommend her to another Ole Miss mom. Great experience.

My first time renting a storage unit all online. I called before doing the online process. Very very friendly service. It was easy, simple and I felt so much easier upon arriving at the unit. I love the way it's set up, well lit and secured.

You have to call during the summer months instead of trying to reserve online, but the staff that took my reservation was very nice and helpful. At the Grand Oaks location, you can only access the units during “business hours” which are 6am-10pm, so that’s kind of inconvenient, but other than that it’s good.

Updating my review from 1 star to 5 because the district manager, Eddie, reached out to me and adjusted my rate to a much more reasonable price. If you’ve been with them for a while and are experiencing the same issues with rate increases, it’s worth it to write a review because he does read them, and it seems like he genuinely does want to make it right for his customers. He was very professional, and I’ll be staying so long as the massive increases don’t creep up again.
Original: I’ve been with them for 5 years now, and the price was $50-$60 for years (smallest size, not climate controlled), and now it’s gone up twice in the past 6 months. $120 for that itty bitty storage unit is outrageous. The staff is nice and all, but those prices anre pure greed. I’ll be switching to another storage facility asap.
