This pharmacy will call, text, and email you a million times about having a prescription ready for pick-up, only for there to not even be one when you get there. I have been turned away now 3 separate times for my medication, even when I have gone the very first day I get the notification for my meds to be picked up. Even called before I went this last time and explained how the past 2 times that I've dealt with this, and the lady said "yep we have them come and get it!", and AGAIN I was lied to! Every time I went and they didn't have them, they never even offered a solution. Just a shrug and a "sorry about that" from multiple different employees. Shame on y'all for screwing with peoples medication!

The most incompetent people on the planet... I thought CVS was bad but these people must've gotten there degree from a dumpster. Please never go here. They've costed me so much money... they don't know how to use simple coupons they always blame it on insurance or the Doctor but it's just because they don't know how to use the coupon and then lied to me saying "Wallgreens no longer accepts the coupon" when my sister uses the same coupon for the same drug at a Wallgreens in Nashville. THE WORST EXPERIENCE. it's not that it's happened once it's happened LITERALLY EVERYTIME for the last 5 months. Every time I'm in there for 45+ minutes. They always pass the blame when they don't know how to do the simple thing.

If your insurance does mot require you to use Walgreen's, BUYER BEWARE of this location. Like many businesses, this one has trouble finding and retaining good workers. As a customer, my insurance company and I spend in excess of $20,000 per year in prescriptions alone almost all of which goes to this Oxford branch where my family has been a customer for 23 years.Putting up with new employees that do not know you and who have to verify every id you have versus established employees that ask you to verify address and date of birth is the tip of the iceberg. These new employees take their lead from recently promoted karen-inspired managers that are snide, bullying, disrespectful and otherwise poor management/employee hires. One example of such a poor manager is Tiffany whose customer NON-service reaches a new levels of egregiousness. I hope and pray you never need her assistance, especially in her management capacity.

never enough staff, long lines at the pharmacy. just trying to check in for vaccination and no easy way to do that. should have a more streamlined way to do this.

At 5:00 p.m. the pharmacy drive-thru averages one car every six and a half minutes. If you're car number 13 in line, do the math and then go somewhere else.

Stood in line at 4:40 till 4:57 waiting to get COVID shot for my daughter. Once at the counter I said to the associate directly in front of me that we were here to get a second shot. A lady off to the side, who ignored the long line and never assisted says "you have an appointment". I said no, she said "well we stop taking people for COVID shots at 4:45 you'll have to come back". At no point did anyone speak to the long line and ask anyone if they were there to get the vaccine. This place has no concern for customers. They have a terrible reputation in Oxford. Shared the story with a group of students and they all said "the one on University is the worst!"

Literally the worst Walgreens ever!!! Everyone is so rude and treats you as if it's a major inconvenience to even have to speak to you. Waited 35 mins before anyone even acknowledge me! I don't mind waiting but they could at least kindly let you know instead of looking at you like an idiot. If I didn't have to use them for our covid shots I would absolutely never ever come back!!!!! Its really sad how they treat people. Don't come to work if you can't be decent.

Visiting from out of town and left my meds at home. They refilled my prescriptions in 10 minutes! Fabulous customer service!

They never have prescriptions ready on time and service takes forever here. Clearly some organizational issues to say the least. some people can't afford to be 3 days late on a prescription! just frustrating
