I call the store before going and when I got there it was several workers sitting behind counter and I ask for what I was looking for they stated on back wall I looked and tried several pair on. No one ever showed up to help so I left. Probably will not go back. Looks as if owner needs to pull their cell phones.(( no way to run a business))

I bought a $150 pair of boots. It says on receipt that they do exchanges. I wear boots 1 evening. Not dirty, no wear and tear. They rubbed a blister on my foot. I take them back to exchange them a couple of days later, the girl says no you wore them. That’s the last item I will ever purchase from this store and I will tell everyone I know how I was treated and that Vincent’s is Liars!

Bought shoes that had a price sticker of $114.99 they charged me $124.99 . When I realized the mistake at home I called them . The clerk said all the other shoes were 124.99 but I told her mine was labeled 114.99 and legally they are supposed to sell them for the sticker price . The clerk said I'm not arguing with you then hung up.

Buy all of my boots here. Great selection of but only boots but quality outdoor gear and brands.This place is definitely worth a visit if your shopping for yourself or others.

I haven't been in the store since they moved downtrend strip/semi relocated...it's middle of the week but very dull workers/atmosphere when I entered...yes they asked if I needed help with NO eye contact in the middle of them doing something else, so I couldn't tell if they were talking to me?.. just not pleasant I was very excited about visiting.................disappointed bc the store looked good.
