Corey Spellins in the Oxford, Miss store was pro-active, diligent, skilled, patient, courteous in delivering the services of receiving, packing, insuring, and shipping the items -- original sculptures -- that needed special attention. He is responsible, conscientious, and went out of his way to be as helpful as imaginable.

I have never witnessed such disgrace in my life! When the UPS delivery driver drops off a package, he/she is supposed to leave it at the customers door. Right? I just saw a UPS driver deliver a package by blowing the horn for at least 100 ft. away from where he was delivering. He made the customer walk to the UPS truck and pick up her package. Obviously, this is something that’s been going on for a long time. This is so disrespectful! Treat everyone the same!!

This UPS store @1723 University Ave #B Oxford, MS charge customers for packages pickup although shipping/handling were paid via Amazon. They charged $15.00. I was told by their manager this was due to NOT having a box. All I can say is GREED...double charge. I reported this to UPS...NEVER AGAIN WILL SEND ANYTHING TO THIS UPS store!!! If I could give a -10;I would!!!

They let my grandmother accidentally overnight express a document for $135 and for the last 20 minutes they were open I tried to call them only for my calls to be declined or said they were busy until finally at the minute they closed someone answered only to tell me they were now closed and hung up on me mid sentence before I could even explain why I was calling. I tried calling a couple times after that since I knew at least someone who could help me was there and instead of helping, they promptly answered my calls and immediately slammed the phone 3 times in a row after half an hour of letting my previous calls ring and pretending no one was there. All I wanted to do was change a label from an expedited overnight ($135) to a two day ($30) before it was too late but I couldn't even get anyone on the phone to try and explain so there goes $100 down the drain. Thanks a lot

Went to send something back and was told I had to pay a fee to email my scan bar to them when I know they can scan the it from my phone. Batesville ups is a joke. They think folks don’t know the business. Lazy people
