This was my first and most definitely last visit with this UHaul spot. I had rented a truck a day in advance via online and chose the option to have the keys picked up in person. When I got to the shop, there was nobody there (although the hours specifically said that they were open at the time) so I ended up calling the number that was given on the front of the door. Although it took awhile for my phone call and texts to be answered, that wasn't the worse part. I was told that I had to go online AGAIN to finish the process of renting the truck. I did what he said and nothing was working so I was given a number of UHaul's customer service for help. I called and the lady on the phone helped me just fine but the entire process took over an hour. I already had to drive an hour away to pick up some furniture and had people that were going to help me with moving this furniture into my new home so it not only wasted my time but theirs as well. Some ended up not being able to help due to the timing getting screwed up. As soon as I dropped the truck off after moving I just was glad it was over but I was 100% wrong about that. When we were done with the truck, we made sure to fill up the gas tank to the original amount that it was at before we started driving it. For some reason, we were given an additional fee of $40+ because we supposedly didn't fill up the tank to its original amount. We ended up calling customer service and they said they couldn't find our reservation anywhere even though we had given them the reservation number, my full name, and my phone number. Our call ended up being transferred back to this UHaul spot and they were definitely no help either. I told the man behind the phone REPEATEDLY that customer service could not help and that I was specifically transferred to fix the fee issue with them but he insisted that they could help and that the fee wasn't a fee for gas but rather going over the estimated mileage that we gave them. I decided to just end the phone call because he was of no help and now I'm going to have to pay $40 for something I shouldn't be charged for. If you took the time out of your day to read this, I want to say thank you and I also advise you to never come to this UHaul spot EVER!!!!! You're better off finding another UHaul spot or just another company that rents trucks to help with moving.

Dolly was blocked in when I came back to pick it up. I did not leave with it initially because of timing. I was able to be assisted through. They did great accommodating me. Good Job Guys!! Thanks.

Literally the most incompetent U-Haul location I have ever dealt with. I called 2 days in advance to ask if I could pick the U-Haul up earlier than 9 AM. I was explicitly told that I could pick it up at 6 or 7 that morning because the employee was setting it for 24/7 pickup. She said all I needed was my license and my smartphone. I got to the location, and there wasn’t a U-Haul for me. When I called customer service, I was told that I could wait until 9 AM because this location doesn’t do 24/7 pickup. Not a single person attempted to apologize to me. I have people moving my belongings, and now their time have been wasted. You are quite literally better off finding a bunch of carrier pigeons to move your items. ANYTHING would be better than dealing with these people. It’s even more disgusting that they’re doing this in a small town with students who are constantly moving. Moving is stressful enough without having such incompetent people to deal with.

Guy there was no help and the Wrong key was put into our box. Took 2 1/2 hours to get everything fixed.

Overcharged me by $200. I went 15 miles max and they charged me for 200 miles. I called thinking it was an honest mistake and that they would fix it. They hung up on me the first time and told me the second time they would call me back. Never heard back and now having to call corporate.

We reserved months in advance and 4 days before our cross country move we were informed that we no longer had a truck available. We then had to scramble for an alternative last minute. Absolute trash.

This location is the least helpful of any uhaul location I’ve been to. Employees wouldn’t get out of their chairs.

Friendly staff.However It was a really busy morning so I had to wait about 30-45 min in line on top of that had to wait another 30 min for the truck to arrive from a different location.Better book online and complete the reservation by updating the DL info on the U-Haul website. Also if its possible call ahead and confirm if the assigned truck is available.

Showed up at my reservation date and time (9/12 at 9am) and no one was there. I had made a mobile reservation and it said someone will be there to handle my reservation. I called the number on the door and they said they wouldn't be there until 1PM and no one was available to help. What's worse is I had called this location a few days prior and discussed moving a piano on my pickup date. This is the second time with U-Haul I've shown up and they haven't been able to fill my reservation.

This place has NO BUSINESS BEING AN AUTHORIZED UHAUL DEALER!!! They don’t have the parking for UHAUL trucks. They only have one (very rude) employee working during the Ole Miss moving season and the line was out the door. The employee also had no idea how to drive a 26 foot UHAUL and was demanding customers navigate their impossible lot on their own.UHAUL needs to reexamine its relationship with this location. Oxford is way too big of a town to be using this pathetic location.

DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL DEALER!!!! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Made a reservation over a week before pick up date, and when I go to pick up trailer they do not have it. Most ridiculous and poorly ran operation I’ve ever seen. Now, I’m without a trailer to move out. Absolutely absurd…
