I’ve gone into the bank twice and filled out paperwork to put my mortgage on autopay and then I mailed the paperwork in. The bank has failed three times to get my mortgage on autopay and charged me late fees each time. This has cost me money and a lot of hassle. This has been going on for months. I do not understand it.
