Better than any dealer north of Oxford City. We bought two cars in two weeks from them. No issues good customer service.

I have purchased several new Toyotas from this dealer with zero problems. Same with service department. This is a group of hard working people working to make your Toyota the best car on the planet. I would buy again from this dealer.

I took my van for repair under extended warranty. I had Toyota Platinum coverage. The sales person told me it is for 10 years But later they said it is only 7 years. Oxford Toyota did not check if the warranty was expired or not and charged me a high $211 for tire pressure monitor diagnosis. All the 4 pressure monitors should be replaced because they were about 10 years old with very weak batteries. I can pay any mechanic less than $200 to replace all the tire sensors. This dealership charged me $211 for useless diagnosis that I do not really need or ask for it. They did not check the warranty or even contacted me about the cost of the unnecessary tire pressure diagnosis. They did not repair anything.

Waited two days for an oil change appointment which, in itself, is ridiculous. Got there and was told it would be an hour and fifteen to an hour and a half wait. Nice people but far out of touch on service times.

They have your parts. And that's great because your local parts store really doesn't carry any Toyota parts

Let me begin!!! I took my van in and paid the expensive diagnostic fee. They tell my wife we need a transmission and the price would be 3500 and take a week to get part in. I told her to go ahead and do it, but decided to call and talk to them myself, that's when I found out it was a 60 day warranty (my wife didn't mention) So I stated to guy I needed more of a warranty, he said that was all they could give. So I told him I was just gonna come get my car. He stated I couldn't get my car, so I asked to see manager. The guy stated he would tell her and hung up the phone on me so I called him back and her got rough with me. So I told him I was coming to get my car, then the manager called and apologized for the salesman and told me I could get my car. So I get my car and then I take it to Coleman Taylor Transmission, they diagnose my car and replace the speed sensor for 200.00. These clowns charged me almost 200.00 and told me I needed a transmission an all I need was a simple part. People please get a second opinion when dealing with these clowns. I thank God that the guy hung up on me because I would have been out of 3500. Read the other reviews on this Toyota company.

I guess they missed the memo about the pandemic. Most employees were not wearing masks. I had to ask the cashier to please back up since she was not social distancing or wearing a mask. Thanks for caring about your customers. NOT
